     NICE GET AWAY STAY AT MARRIOT
     
     Great getaway stay at Marriot Clark. The room was well appointed and clean.
     Spacious room in their executive suite and room upgrade. The room had a
     separate bathtub and shower enclosure. Room was clean and bed was
     comfortable. We enjoyed the view overlooking Clark Freeport from the
     executive lounge of the 15th floor. Good food and ambiance. Goji Restaurant
     served buffet breakfast with a lot of choices and highly recommended.
     Marriot standards stays the same since it was built. Would love to come

     Everything is excellent. I forgot to mention Kim in Executive Lounge she’s
     so nice and sweet.

     EXCELLENT SERVICE, GREAT PROPERTY!
     
     My 1st visit here and I brought my retired parents who were also in town
     from the US. This is closer to our hometown in Tarlac than driving to the
     Manila property, and Clark Marriott did not disappoint! From the time we
     entered to the time we checked out we felt very welcomed from the staff who
     were just so kind and accommodating. The facilities were so clean and
     offered so many things to do. From the swimming pool to the spa to the
     various restaurants - I recommend allotting enough time to explore and
     truly enjoy the amenities. The spa can get booked pretty quickly but bc
     they didn't couldn't accommodate all of us they offered in room massages
     which was amazing!
     
     I can't say enough great things about Clark Marriott. I highly recommend it
     and now every time I come home to the Philippines I plan on staying here
     for a bit to unwind. Salamat again for your hospitality and service!

     Awesome customer service! I made a special request and they surprised my
     daughter on her day. We also love how big the beds are for the Family. Good
     breakfast buffet food selection. We are definitely coming back to stay

     FAMILY VACATION
     
     This was my first time visiting Clark Marriot with my family, and we had a
     great time there.
     
     We booked a 2-night stay as a family vacation before my wife gives birth to
     our third baby & also a late Valentine’s celebration.
     
     I only read good reviews about Clark Marriot, and I can honestly say the
     whole Clark Marriot staff service exceeded my expectations!
     
     Management and staff made sure to setup a welcoming surprise in our room
     upon check-in. Our room was filled with balloons, chocolates, and fruits.
     My kids & wife were all surprised and very happy upon entering our room.
     Happy kids also means happy parents. Great job on this!
     
     The next day when we went out for the day, our room was again set up with
     pleasant desserts for our children. Our kids again had huge smiles on their
     faces.
     
     Staff at the Goji Kitchen were also amazing & very helpful with our
     experience. During the 1st seating batch, me & my daughter first went down
     to start. My son stayed with my wife in the room upstairs. Because of her
     situation, she having trouble the evening getting ready & to be on time
     downstairs. When she arrived, she would have only 20min to eat before the
     2nd batch sitting. I kindly requested if we can all as a family continue to
     sit in the restaurant with the 2nd batch seating & they approved we can
     just continue until closing time so that my wife can take her time to enjoy
     the dinner buffet. Of course, our kids enjoyed the dessert area!
     
     We thank the whole Clark Marriot Management & all staff from front desk,
     valet, restaurant, pool, room service to housekeeping for this joyful
     experience. We will definitely come back, and will recommend Clark Marriot
     to all our family & friends. Truly a 5-star experience!
     
     My only one comment I may add is that the pool water is surely too cold.
     The pool staff did warn us ahead of time about the cold water temperature.
     I thought it was just a one-day thing. But, it turned out the next day the
     pool water was also too cold. We still had fun swimming & enjoying
     food/drinks from Pool Bar. But my only comment is if Clark Marriot can find
     a way to look into the pool water temperature situation? Not exactly sure
     how that works, but just an idea. Our other relative, who visited a month
     prior, had also remembered the freezing pool water temperature as well.
     
     Other than that, the whole Clark Marriot experience was amazing! Looking
     forward to our next stay again.

     MARRIOTT CLARK IS EXCEPTIONAL
     
     Customer service here is top notch, each employee is helpful to a great
     degree and pleasant to talk to. The facilities are well maintained, great
     pool, and a nice fitness center.
     
     Food was excellent, I liked the buffet and ordered room service as well. I
     recommend making reservations early for Smoki Moto as I tried too late and
     couldn’t get seating.
     
     Highly recommend Clark Marriott.

     Received an overwhelmingly superb customer service. Everyone are amazing
     and our highlight is the front desk staff who is knowledgeable of what each
     loyalty member’s benefits. We received our upgraded room being a gold
     member and then we begun to see and experienced the member’s benefits.
     Bravo Zulu to all the staff, from the bell attendants, front desk, house
     keeping to the M club manager.
     We will definitely make a point to come back here every time we go back to
     the Philippines.
     Our visit to Clark after 33 yrs is worth it.

     Great location for me really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that
     makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are
     incredibly friendly we’ve enjoyed our dinner and breakfast buffet at Goji
     as well as our coffee time at Urban

     MARRIOTT IS ALWAYS RELIABLE IN ITS SERVICE
     
     Took my family with me when I participated in a marathon. From processing
     the check in (which I booked through a third party site), to assisting in
     every little detail, i had no concerns in my mind about managing my
     family's stay and was able to focus on my run. Special shoutout for the
     housekeeping services that provided me with ice for a quick post run ice
     bath of my feet, and the very hassle free extension from checkout time
     because it was hard to move around with my battered feet and legs, and Dave
     and Patrick who assisted my family with all our things as we checked out
     and loaded our things in the car. Would definitely come back... And maybe
     enjoy the hotel a bit more because I wouldn't have a marathon to worry
     about hahahhaha
