users (each, a “User”) of the COPTER STRIKE VR game (“Game”).

We collect the User’s username and User ID, both of which are obtained from the
User’s Oculus account. The User’s username is used to display the User’s name
during the Game and for multiplayer purposes, ensuring that each username is
unique within a given room.


DATA STORAGE


We do not store any data collected from the User. The User’s username and User
ID are used only for the duration of the User’s session in the Game and are not
retained after the session ends.


DATA ACCESS


No data is stored, so there is no need for authorized personnel of the Company
to have access to the data.


DATA RETENTION


No data is retained after the User’s session in the Game ends.


DATA DELETION


No data is stored, so there is no need for the User to request deletion.


CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY


The Company may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. If any material
changes are made to the Privacy Policy, the Company will notify Users by posting
a notice on the Company’s website or within the Game.

("Game"), operated by HYPER GAMEY ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and
password, and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept
responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

not use the Game in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair
the Game or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Game.

The Game and its original content, features, and functionality are and will
remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. You may not

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Game immediately,
without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without
limitation if you breach the Terms.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall the Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents,
suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of
profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your
access to or use of or inability to access or use the Game.


GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the
country in which the Company is based, without regard to its conflict of law
provisions.


CHANGES TO TERMS

The Company reserves the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace
these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will provide at least 30
days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material
change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
