A MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER

Welcome to RehabKit. We are seeking to make the most comprehensive iPhone app
for any orthopedic rehabilitation professional. We currently offer 14 tools
within our app, and we are always creating more.

Please use our forms at the bottom of the page if you have any questions or

Watch Feature Videos

JOURNAL RSS FEEDS

Keep current on all major rehabilitation journals through our RSS Feed Reader.
Our feed automatically updates with the latest journals so that you can stay on
the top of your game.

STOPWATCH

Keep the minimum, maximum, and average of multiple captured values. This is
great for objective time measurements such as balance and endurance testing.

INCLINOMETER

Always have an inclinometer on you with RehabKit. Measure all frontal-plane
movements (e.g., shoulder abduction) and sagittal-plane movements (e.g., lumbar
flexion) with exceptional accuracy.

ROTATION

Measure any transverse-plane movements (e.g., cervical rotation in seated) with
exceptional accuracy and record multiple values for reference.

METRONOME

Provide an external auditory cue with our Metronome feature. This is perfect for
fine tuning cadence during gait retraining, VOR training, and keeping tempo
during resistance training.

TEMPO

Designed to provide the tempo and rest time for any resistance exercise. No need
to count sets/reps ever again. Using visual and verbal cues (such as this tool)
during exercise has been proven to increase motor cortex excitability (skill
learning).

TABATA

Perfect for high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts and other
time-based activities with a designated work-to-rest ratio.

EMOM

“Every minute on the minute.” Set a time interval, which will continue to repeat
for a set number of reps and sets.

AVERAGING CALCULATOR

Simple but effective time saver. You can easily average multiple values
(distance, time, repetitions, etc.) for more accurate objective data collection.

HEART RATE RESERVE CALCULATOR

Quickly calculate exercise intensity with the Karvonen formula. This tool will
also calculate the patient’s max HR if unknown.

1-REP MAX CALCULATOR

Combines the most accurate formulas to predict the true 1-rep max.

CONVERTER

Convert essentially any unit (e.g., meters to feet and MPH to m/s). This is a
must have unless you LOVE math.

CLINICAL PREDICTION RULES (CPRS)

We have scoured the literature to provide you with the most up-to-date clinical
prediction rules.

CLINICAL PRACTICE GUIDELINES (CPGS)

The Academy of Orthopedic Physical Therapy’s Clinical Practice Guidelines all in
one place.
