RANGEWATER RESIDENTIAL, LLC GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

RangeWater Residential, LLC greatly appreciates our relationship with you and is
committed to reducing the risk at the locations we manage. We have a partnership
with NetVendor, Inc. to manage the process of ensuring our vendors meet our
insurance and other requirements to become an approved vendor with us. Our
locations are very important to everyone who comes into contact with them and we
want to provide a high level of safety and security. We would like to engage
certain companies who share in this commitment and who intend to follow the
industry best practices that are required to meet our requirements.

VENDOR AGREEMENT

By clicking the "GET STARTED NOW" button, I hereby assert that I am authorized
to Electronically Sign any and all documents including, but not limited to, Tax
Information, Vendor Agreement, and Worker's Compensation (if applicable).

 2. Provide company profile information
 3. Provide insurance information
    Including insurance company, agency name, email, phone, and policy
    number(s). We will contact your insurance agent to obtain the required
    insurance documents.
 4. Select property locations
    Select the locations you provide work/services.
 5. Provide background screening information
    Provide the name and address for each of your company's principals for
    background screening. This is not a credit check.
 6. Sign vendor agreement
    Electronically sign the RangeWater Residential, LLC vendor agreement.
 7. Pay the annual enrollment fee
    Vendor must pay the annual enrollment fee in order to complete the process.

ENROLLMENT FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW DO I CONTACT NETVENDOR?

NetVendor is open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. You may also
send an email with your vendor name in the subject line to
compliance@netvendor.net. 96% of all emails sent to this email address are
answered within 6 hours and 100% are replied to the same day. Rarely, some
emails are answered early the next business day, but our aim is to have all
emails answered same day.

HOW LONG DOES APPROVAL TAKE?

NetVendor's service and technology allows for almost all of our documents to be
reviewed the same day your agent submits it to us. If the certificate is
submitted incorrectly, an email is sent back to your insurance agent explaining
why the document needs to be revised. This is the main reason why documents do
not get approved immediately.

You may also verify whether or not your certificate has been received and
processed by logging into your vendor account and clicking on the "Check
Certification Status" link.

CAN I SUBMIT MY INSURANCE CERTIFICATE DIRECTLY TO NETVENDOR?

NetVendor only accepts certificates from insurance agents and/or producers. This
is done to ensure the validity of each document submitted.

WHAT IF I AM UNABLE TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS?

If you are unable to meet one or more of the insurance requirements, you will
not be considered an approved vendor and will not be able to do business with
RangeWater Residential, LLC. NetVendor simply implements the requirements on
behalf of the property owners.

WHY DO I NEED TO PAY TO HAVE MY INSURANCE MONITORED & STORED?

There are costs that NetVendor incurs in contacting your agent(s) prior to
expiration of your policy(ies) and reviewing the certificates of insurance to
make certain that they meet RangeWater Residential, LLC's requirements.
NetVendor works on your behalf to keep your insurance from lapsing/expiring so
that you can go about the business of providing goods or services for RangeWater
Residential, LLC. There are times that a certificate your agent submits needs
multiple revisions before it is acceptable by RangeWater Residential, LLC's
standards. NetVendor does the legwork for you and keeps you informed of the
status.

HOW DO I CHECK MY STATUS?

The quickest way to check your status is to log into your NetVendor account.
Alternatively, you may contact a NetVendor Customer Service Representative at
1-503-922-1111 and give them your vendor name and vendor ID. You may also use
the online chat feature to speak with a live agent during business hours 6am -
5pm PST.

WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN I BECOME CERTIFIED?

Yes, NetVendor will send you an email notifying you when you become compliant.

WHEN WILL THE NETVENDOR SITE SHOW THAT I AM CERTIFIED?

Once a certificate is approved within the NetVendor system, the updated status
will be reflected on the website immediately.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I AM CERTIFIED?

NetVendor is only involved in verifying and tracking insurance coverage. All
questions regarding servicing a property should be directed to the approved
client contact, typically the property manager.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY INVOICE ONCE I COMPLETE A JOB?

NetVendor is not involved in payment of invoices and all questions regarding
invoices should be directed to RangeWater Residential, LLC.

WHY IS MY VENDOR ID NUMBER REQUIRED EACH TIME I CALL?

Your vendor ID is specific to you. It also helps the NetVendor representative
know if you are checking your status on the standard RangeWater Residential, LLC
website or if you are inquiring about your status for another management
company.
