As part of our commitment to providing our clients with the best possible user
experience, GetQuorum is proud to announce the release of our new Approval
Request tool.

Through this latest product enhancement, the GQ team will now be able to
communicate with clients directly in the Dashboard while simplifying and
streamlining the approval process of notice set-up and distribution into a
single click.


SEE IT IN ACTION:

The Approval Request Tool allows clients to post comments, request changes, and
update the frequency of reminder emails directly in the GetQuorum Dashboard.
Clients will also be able to review all notice information, including:

 * What matters are being voted on?
 * What does the meeting package that owners receive look like?
 * When will the Notice and all reminder emails be sent out?
 * What is the return address for the physical packages?

Once ready, users can approve their Notice for send-out with a single click.
