// Synapsys supplied IQ4/XNC interface solutions

IQ4/XNC functionality provides a way of interfacing third party systems to a
Trend Building Management system. Using Trend Custom Language (TCL) and standard
IQ strategy modules, it presents information from third party systems as though
it is from an IQ controller. It also allows parameters within the third party
system to be adjusted from a Trend supervisor and software tools.

Synapsys supplied IQ4-XNC interfaces are for specific applications and systems
that need to be interfaced to Trend. We supply 3 types of IQ4-XNC hardware with
specific drivers to fulfill the requirements of the application you are working
on.

 


// HARDWARE


The hardware options we offer in both 230V, 24V variants and support Trend LAN:

 * IQ4XNC/96/ with 10 inputs and 6 outputs with expandable hardware for full XNC
   software applications. Based on the IQ422 hardware.
 * IQ4XNC/00/ with no I/O with the capacity for full XNC software applications.
   Based on the IQ4e hardware.
 * IQ4XNC/12/ with 6 inputs and 6 outputs and with the capacity for limited XNC
   Lite software applications. Based on the IQ422 hardware.

Our IQ4/XNC solutions are specifically engineered to make interfacing the
following products and applications simple:

 * Mitsubishi AE200 Controllers with our pre-configured Mitsubishi IQ4/XNC
 * Daikin Intelligent iTouch Manager with our pre-configured Daikin IQ4/XNC
 * Toshiba (2 device solution, using an AC converter in place a Toshiba gateway
   and the IQ4/XNC controller)
 * High end audio visual and multimedia systems including
   * Control4
   * Crestron
   * AMX
 * KNX solution (2 device solution using a KNX gateway and IQ4/XNC controller)
 * ModBus with our ModBus IQ4/XNC
 * Metering made simple with our XNCeasy tool
