Socially responsible initiatives for diversity & inclusion When I return to
Ghana I want to invest the skills learned to mentor young ladies in my
community. Gloria Quarshie Radisson Blue Dubai Waterfront I have the opportunity
to travel and learn hospitality management. Selma Quainoo Swissotel Al Ghurair I
am developing skills to open a restaurant in Ghana where I can train unemployed

THE CONCEPT




While governments and NGOs are committed to building inclusive economies, and
the private sector is committed to becoming more socially responsible, we are
preparing unemployed women from less privileged economic backgrounds to tackle
both challenges!

 





WHAT WE DO




A social enterprise at heart, we create and manage initiatives in developing
countries that enable organisations to offer skill development placements to
unemployed women from rural areas, where political, economic or social
circumstances have prohibited or limited their access to professional
development and full-time job opportunities.

OUR SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE SOLUTION




We have tailored a professional and personal development programme designed to
work alongside full-time employment. The underlying concepts and practical work
involved in each of our learning modules are set up to work in sync with
participants’ work experience. The online training is through the Evolvin’ Women
e-learning platform and face-to-face training is organised based on a training
needs analysis.

this partnership the organisations are working together to deliver training and
employment to women which will boost economic activities, job creation and
sustainable development. Thanks to Hilton’s Travel with Purpose Action Grants
program, in 2018 Evolvin’ Women was awarded a grant towards building the first
Evolvin’ Community Hub in Africa.
