Abstract Vitalia.city is a Zuzalu inspired pop up city held January 6 to the end
of March gathering 200 top entrepreneurs to co-live and co-work. The topics
include longevity, crypto cities, and AI. Vitalia is hosted in Prospera, a
special economic zone on the island of Roatan by Honduras freeing tech
innovators from burdensome regulation. Though the focus of this inaugural
Vitalia is on biotech, Prospera does prioritize innovative aeronautics such as
the Drone Delivery Service HUB. This proposal is to support a
makerspace/hackerspace in Prospera during Vitalia in partnership with MoonDAO.

Abstract People have always protected what they hold precious. When assets were
tangible, trust was visible. But that world has changed. We believe in a world
where users, creators, and enterprises manage their value with ownership and
freedom, and with that in mind it would make a lot of sense for MoonDAO to
partner up and join the Ledger ecosystem. The 1st step would be to test the
waters through affiliate sales at this proposal. Later down the road, we can
introduce a co-branded cold wallet edition, and other cool co-labs. Total Cost
