User feedback about our service
The app is fantastic and user-friendly, and I've had an excellent experience
with customer support the one time I needed it. My only complaint is that there
are fewer restaurant options available compared to other delivery apps, and
sometimes the menus for restaurants that are also listed on other apps seem to
be more limited on Yelp, which is a bit odd. This might be specific to my area
(New Orleans). If I were considering upgrading to premium, I might choose a
different service solely because of these issues.
