Webfilter uses proprietary SmartAgents compatible on Chrome, Windows, Mac

Webfilter SmartPlay uses advanced machine-learning AI – with a database that

1- Can ICS Care support and insure my device?

ICS Care will insure the covering of your device for 1 full academic year and
offers a convenient solution for zero-touch device deployment, which enables the
IT to enroll devices into mobile device management (MDM) remotely, configure the
devices, manage an extensive range of settings, and effortlessly purchase and
distribute apps and books without any physical interaction. The deployment model
is flexible and can accommodate personal devices as well.
Please note that this service does not cover any instances of external
accidental damage.


2- Where and how do I store the data of my device for backup?

Teachers and students with a school managed Apple ID will be granted access to
200GB of iCloud storage available for assignments, documents and various
resources for educational purposes.


3- How can ICS Care offer support to ensure the continuity of your education in
case your device is under repair?

In the event of device failure, a temporary iPad replacement will be provided
for a period of up to 10 days.
