CELLDRIVE 3D FEATURES A ONE-OF-A-KIND BIOINK PLATFORM OBTAINED THROUGH GENETIC
ENGINEERING TECHNIQUES TO CREATE LIVING TISSUE ON DEMAND. ITS FORMULATION, FREE
OF ANIMAL COMPONENTS, MIMICS THE EXTRACELLULAR MATRIX, MAXIMIZING THE CELL
VIABILITY OF EMBEDDED CELLS AND 3D RESOLUTION. PATENTED THECNOLOGY.



LIVE/DEAD STAINING OF 3D-PRINTED SCAFFOLDS LOADED WITH HACAT (8 × 106 CELLS/ML)
AND HUVEC (2 × 107 CELLS/ML) CELLS INTO THE CD3D ELR BIOINK RGD, AND INCUBATED
DURING A CULTURE PERIOD OF 1, 3, 7, AND 14 DAYS.

LIVING CELLS WERE STAINED WITH CALCEIN AM (GREEN FLUORESCENCE), AND DEATH CELLS
BY ETHIDIUM HOMODIMER (RED FLUORESCENCE).




STAINING OF FILAMENTOUS ACTIN (F-ACTIN) (RED) AND CELL NUCLEI (BLUE) IN
3D-PRINTED SCAFFOLDS STAINED WITH RHODAMINE PHALLOIDIN AND DAPI, RESPECTIVELY,
AND LOADED WITH HFF-1-HACAT CO-CULTURES (6 × 106-6 × 106 CELLS/ML) AFTER 7 DAYS
OF INCUBATION. VOLUME RECONSTRUCTION OF THE 0.5 ΜM-Z-STEPS.


PRODUCT

CD3D ELR BIOINK RGD HAS BEEN DESIGNED USING RECOMBINANT DNA TECHNOLOGY FOR EASY
3D PRINTING. IT CONSTITUTES A NOVEL BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL BASED ON HUMAN ELASTIN
SEQUENCE THAT IS BIOMIMETIC, BIOCOMPATIBLE, AND BIODEGRADABLE.

FURTHERMORE, OUR BIOINK EXHIBITS THE NECESSARY MECHANICAL PROPERTIES TO FULFILL
AN EXCELLENT PRINTABILITY AND ACHIEVE A LONG-TERM STABILITY OF THE FINAL
CONSTRUCTION WITHOUT THE NEED FOR CROSSLINKERS NOR PHOTOINITIATORS. IT IS
SUPPLIED STERILE, READY TO USE, AND REPRESENTS AN EXCELLENT CHOICE FOR VARIOUS
3D BIOPRINTING APPLICATIONS IN TISSUE ENGINEERING AND REGENERATIVE MEDICINE.
