No, our payroll customers only pay monthly for each employee and contractor on
payroll.


DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR W2'S AND 1099'S AT THE END OF THE YEAR?

No, we provide W2’s and 1099’s for all employees and contractors through our
payroll portals.


CAN I SEND MY PAYROLL DATA TO MY ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE?

We provide a direct integration with QuickBooks Online accounting. For other
accounting products our customers can download their payroll reportsw to excel
and CSV files and import the data manually.


DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT?

No, direct deposit comes free with our payroll product.


HOW DO MY EMPLOYESS AND CONTRACTORS SEE THEIR PAYSTUBS?

All employees and contractors are able to creat an account on our paystubs
portal to veiw paystubs, W2’s, 1099’s, W2’s, W9’s and to update their direct
deposit info or withholdings.


WHAT IF ONE OF MY EMPLOYEES DOESN'T HAVE A DIRECT DEPOSIT ACCOUNT?

We can deposit payments into prepaid debit cards that have a account and routing
number as an alternitive to paper checks.
