New baby in the house! 🎉 Obsessed with our wineenthusiast N’FINITY S dual zone
wine cellar. After we moved into our new home, we realized the Bay Area was much
hotter than we expected and it wasn’t great for our #wine bottles. Keeping wines
in hot temperatures can sometimes dry it out and make it flat. Since Kaushik and
I have collected so many different vintages across our travels, investing in a
good wine fridge was a no brainer to ensure we are able to preserve the wine
till we were ready to drink it. A couple of things we learnt through the process
of buying a wine fridge was : 🍷 Understaning better whether you need a single
or dual zone temperature fridge. Buying a dual zone made more sense to us since
I love my champagnes and Kaushik loves a bold red. However a single zone makes
sense if you are more inclined to a particular kind. 🍷Figuring out the size of
the cellar should be based not only on how many wines bottles you have but how
many you plan to grow your collection to as a wine cellar is not something
you’ll keep changing. Plus keep in mind, some bottles may be bigger than others.
Most importantly, it’s worth investing in a good fridge as you want it to last
you long. I was lucky to partner with wineenthusiast on this fridge and I
couldn’t be more happier. Now that we have ready to drink wine bottles whenever
we want, who is coming over. 🙋🏽‍♀️

Happiest when I have enough proper storage for all my wine ☺️ #AD Keeping wines
properly stored can definitely be a point of stress when the temperature in your
house constantly fluctuates like mine. So having an additional wine fridge like

The Wine Foundry Broken Rock Vineyard Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2013,
California It's time for my #FridayCabernetfix. Here is a gorgeous one from the
great 2013 Napa vintage. Dark ruby in color with a reddish rim. Not showing much
age. Gorgeous nose of blackberries, black currants, cooked cherries, raisins,
figs, chocolates, cedar, light vanilla, coffee, licorice, light earth, tobacco,
wildflowers, Mediterranean spices and a touch of pencil lead. Full bodied,
smooth and elegant, with medium acidity and long legs. Dry and fruity on the
palate with blackberries, black cherries, black plums, oak, vanilla, tobacco,
licorice, herbs, spices, dark chocolates, coffee, peppercorn and earth. Long
finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries. This is a delicious
Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. Rich, elegant and very
tasty. Fruit forward with a beautiful nose. This 8 year old aged very nicely and
is drinking wonderfully now. Will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 10
years. Good right out of the bottle, and so much better after 3 hours in the
decanter. Spicy with a soft mouthfeel. Shows nice complexity and balance. I just
love these Napa Bordeaux blends. A good wine to sip on all by itself, but good
with food as well. I paired it with cheeses and crackers. A blend of 95%
Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Merlot and 3% Petit verdot. Aged for 28 months in (70%
new) French Oak barrels. A small production of only 108 cases. 14.5% alcohol by

Let’s talk wine storage 🍷#sponsored⁣ ⁣ Is a wine fridge worth it? In my
opinion, yes!! If you’re like me and are overflowing with wine, at least have a
small fridge for your most important bottles that you want to keep in pristine
condition. ⁣ ⁣ I don’t know how I’ve managed to accumulate over 300 bottles of
wine but living in an apartment in sunny & humid Florida, I have to make sure
I’m keeping my wine in a cool dark place, away from sunlight and disturbances.
Here are some tips if you’re newly building your wine collection.⁣ ⁣ 🍷 Store
your bottles on their side. It is important to keep the cork in contact with
wine so it doesn’t dry up- that would potentially allow air into the bottle and
would oxidize your wine!⁣ ⁣ 🍷 Use a wine fridge. As a general rule of thumb,
between 50-55 degrees Fahrenheit is acceptable, but different varietals thrive
being stored in certain temperatures so I recommend a dual zone wine fridge like
this one from wineenthusiast ⁣ ⁣ 🍷If you can’t get a wine fridge right now or
have too many bottles to fit into one, keep your wine in a cool, dark part of
your home. Keep bottles out of direct sunlight; UV rays can prematurely age wine
and no one wants that! ⁣ ⁣ I try to keep my most important bottles of Cab that
I’m aging in one small wine fridge, and then the wines I’m wanting to open soon
in this one. The rest of them are stored in a cool dark room waiting for their

enjoying a glass at home, or taking your wine on a road trip, wineenthusiast has
