I love this place and it is worth the money you will spend. I was in a car
accident back in March and been through various doctors to try and get the pain
and inflammation under control. I went here because both my PT, Chiropractor,
and concussion doctor recommended it as another option. My physical therapist
actually recommended this when I first got in the accident, but I was too
overwhelmed to look into it. That was my biggest mistake, I wish I had done it
sooner and gotten my body back on track quicker. They are amazing at this place
and really work to understand your needs.

surgery. I started with a ten day challenge and kept going a few times a week. I

I have had the full range of services, from cryo to compression therapy. For my
lower back I love the massage gun and then the inversion table. When my back is
really bad, they have a vibrating heat belt with CBD oil, which I wear and hang
from the inversion table. The 2 owners, Mckenna and Josie are fantastic, and
they have hired a great staff that really cares about solving your pain.

This is the place I go to recover after a hard workout. I go on a regular basis
and reccomend for all. Amazing staff to joke around with.

Elite Wellness is awesome! They have been keeping me literally running, as they
help me recover from shin splints. As a textbook case of shin splints from
training for my first marathon, I've been doing the cryotherapy, compression
boots, heat + vibration, and the vibration message with McKenna and Emaly. This
has really enabled me to keep going and not just lay around to recover. They
really do know what they are doing, have great prices and a fun friendly staff!

ALL YOUR BURNING QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

 * Is cryotherapy treatment safe?
   
   Yes, cryotherapy is completely safe. The Nitrogen used to cool the chamber is
   the same Nitrogen that makes up 78% of the air we breathe. The client’s head
   remains outside of the chamber for the entire session and they breathe
   regular room air. For added safety, the client also wears socks, gloves, and
   boots (provided by Thrive CryoStudio) throughout the session. A Thrive
   CryoStudio certified employee will be with the client throughout the duration
   of the treatment.

 * Do you offer 1 on 1 treatment or training?
   
   We do! In addition to our personal training sessions, we offer a variety of
   health and wellness treatments that we personally oversee. We are always
   there to walk you through every step of your wellness journey.

 * Is the treatment at Elite Wellness just for athletes?
   
   Not at all! Elite Wellness offers something for everyone. Every client has
   their own story and objectives. We are simply here to help guide you and
   offer you all the tools necessary to help you reach your health and wellness
   goals.
