MISSION

VISION

Crest of Hope believes that at the core of every eating disorder is someone
seeking emotional support, healing and connection. Hope is essential in eating
disorder recovery, and for many, it is lost somewhere along the way. We believe
in walking alongside you to find hope again, helping you to reach a true,
lasting recovery.

We hope that one day, we live in a world where the way we talk about food and
bodies changes for the better. A world free from fear-mongering, judgment, and
weight bias in medical care. We hope to see a world where differences are
celebrated and individuals struggling with disordered eating, of any kind, can
feel liberated, empowered, and embodied to move beyond their disorder and back
to themselves.
