What do I need to know before I start playing?



To play, you need to have the service included in your TIM plan. The service is
included in the TIM Black Family 240GB plan. You need to access the link sent to
you by TIM and register. Then you can use the platform in our web/mobile version
or download and install our application, compatible both for Windows and Android
(coming soon). *To play with an iPhone, a Mac device, you will have to access
our website/mobile, via Browser. 

Do I need an application to start using TIM Cloud Gaming?



No, it is optional. We have apps available for Android and Windows, but there is
no requirement to download these to start playing. We have web and mobile
versions that allow access as well. If you want to download, Android (coming
soon) or Windows.

Which devices can I use to play TIM Cloud Gaming?



You can access TIM Cloud Gaming through your Android and iOS smartphone/tablet
or Windows and Mac computers/notebooks. However, you can only play with one
device at a time. For computers/notebooks, we recommend that you have 4 GB of
RAM, a 4-core processor. In addition, we offer compatibility with Windows 7 or
higher versions. As for Android devices (mobile and tablet), you need to have

What kind of Internet connection do I need?



It is recommended to have at least 20 Mbps via Ethernet cable, WiFi or 5G
available, even if the average bandwidth consumption is lower, to enjoy the best
possible experience. We recommend that you connect your device via cable to your
