LATEST REGIONAL WEATHER DISCUSSION...
WEDNESDAY 24 JULY 2024. UPDATED 10:00 AM NDT / 8:30 AM AST Relatively quiet...

A southwesterly flow will continue to dominate today and Thursday bringing
generally fair skies and warm temperatures. Some cloud will build up later
today, however, as the air mass destabilizes somewhat, and a few locations could
see the odd shower.

More widespread cloud is forecast to move in Thursday night as a trough of low
pressure approaches from the west. Showers are expected to accompany this
feature as it moves eastward on Friday, and much cooler air will move in behind
the trough.
