coach. Whether you’re a leader or an aspiring coach, this highly practical
program will enable you to start coaching effectively.

Successful completion leads to international certification as an Associate
Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

MODULE 1


ESSENTIALS OF COACHING



Everything you need to get started with your coaching practice.

 * What is coaching and why is it so effective?
 * What it takes to coach at a professional level?
 * Essential coaching competencies
 * The coaching mindset
 * The coaching process: essential coaching models and techniques
 * Effective questioning

After the Module 1 workshops, you will have the opportunity to practice your
coaching skills with peers from your cohort and also receive valuable feedback
from your peers and coach faculty.



MODULE 2


THE AUTHENTIC COACH



Develop a higher degree of coaching versatility allowing you to effectively
coach a broader diversity of people through a deeper understanding of human
psychology of motivation and performance.

Consolidate your learning from Module 1, and:

 * learn 3 additional coaching competencies
 * develop your personal foundations for coaching
 * get introduced to coaching with assessments



Mentoring Hours


ICF MENTORING HOURS



To successfully complete this program and achieve your international
certification, you are required to complete 10 mentor hours. 7 group mentoring
hours and 3 individual mentor hours.

Group Mentoring deepens your understanding of the ICF coaching competencies
through practice within your peer group and is supervised by a Senior Mentor
Coach.

1:1 Mentoring is designed to prepare you for the ICF Performance Evaluation by
receiving in-depth feedback from your mentor coach.

OUTCOMES OF CORPORATE COACHING FOUNDATIONS



Completing this program will enable you to start coaching on a professional
level whether as leader, internal or external coach. You will be equipped with
all the foundations needed to develop an impactful coaching practice.

The Level 1 Corporate Coaching Foundations Program includes everything you need
for Level 1 with ICF. Although you will need to complete additional coaching
practice hours.

both the art and science of coaching to enable participants to achieve
transformative results through coaching.

We also know that practice alone does not make perfect, but practice with
meaningful feedback does – so throughout our coach education programs, different
forms of supervised practice are emphasized to ensure the development of
coaching excellence.
