Dear Valued Client:  
    
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve and streamline our billing processes,
Co-op previously consolidated the billing platforms and provided you with a
single streamlined invoice for all Co-op services.  

We received feedback that the presentation of the billing codes for the
Surcharge Free ATM Network services (Network Access) on the new invoice was
confusing. We have listened to that feedback and have implemented changes to the
terminology and categorization of the billing codes to make it easier to
understand the monthly invoice. These changes will be reflected on your next
invoice.

The below billing codes and descriptors will now bill under the new Network
Access category:

 * B2106 Co-op Financial Services Network Access – One Time
 * B2107 Co-op Network Access-Only Participation Fee
 * B2221 Co-op Network Premium Switch Fee
 * B2222 Co-op Network Premium Switch Fee
 * B2223 Co-op Network Premium Switch Fee – Acquiring
 * B2224 Co-op Network Premium Switch Fee – Issuing

Please Note:  

 * These invoice enhancements do not entail any change to your current
   pricing.  
 * If you have existing automation for the purpose of 'screen scraping', etc.,
   please note that the new invoice format may require you to make updates to
   those processes.    
 * The improved invoice will be used in the next billing cycle.
