As your dedicated team of nurses, benefits experts and claims specialists, we’re
here to advocate for your care and help you resolve issues as simple as a lost
medical ID card to more difficult aspects of healthcare, such as claims
resolution.
 
We can provide assistance with anything healthcare related, such as:
 * Issue/replace your medical ID cards
 * Answer your claims, billing and benefits questions
 * Verify coverage
 * Find in-network providers
 * Help you reduce unnecessary out-of-pockets costs
 * Ensure you receive high-quality, safe and cost-effective care

Ways to connect with your Care Coordinators:
• You can log in to mysutterselect.com or the MyQHealth mobile app. During
regular business hours, you can chat with an online Care Coordinator — and even
schedule a time for us to call. You can also send a secure message 24/7. 
• You can call us at (888)552-1355. Call volumes are sometimes high because our
Care Coordinators aren't burdened by call quotas — every member gets the time
necessary to resolve their problem. You always have the option to request a
callback — to hold your place in line until a Care Coordinator is ready to
assist you.
• We may call you. If you see “Quantum Health” calling, your MyQHealth Care
Coordinators are trying to reach you. It’s a matter of your healthcare — we
wouldn’t call if it weren’t important, so be sure to respond with a call, chat
or message! Remember, we will never share any personal details or the reason we
are calling in a voicemail, to ensure we are protecting your privacy.


Besides having Spanish-speaking Care Coordinators on staff, we also have other
language translation services available upon request.
