HOW ARE THE AGENTS TRAINED?

Our agents are trained through a variety of sources depending on your
objectives. Direct training prompts can be used to tell the agent what you want
it to do. For example: "You are a customer service agent that will help answer
FAQ questions" Now that the agent knows its purpose it will need data sources to
draw upon. In this example you would add the website URL containing the FAQ or
add a document with the FAQ questions and answers in it. This will allow the
agent to know exactly how to answer each question.




WHAT CAN I USE DOCUMENTS FOR?

Documents are an important part of any business's knowledge base. Chatbots can
utilize these documents to gain a better understanding of the business and its
operations. When creating a chatbot, you can select which documents the chatbot
should use. Different chatbots can be designed to use different documents. This
allows for greater flexibility in terms of the types of information that can be

WHAT COUNTS AS AN ACTIVE CHAT?

Chats are considered active if they have messages in them. Chats without any
messages are considered inactive and do not count against chat quotas. Example:
A customer asks 4 questions in the same chat session, this counts as 1 active
chat. (Free plans also have a message limit so this will count at 1 active chat
and 4 message credits).




HOW DO I ADD A CHATBOT TO MY WEBSITE?

First you can sign up and design your own chatbot through our dashboard. Once
you are finished, you can copy-paste the code for the widget onto your site.
Most popular providers such as Wordpress, Shopify, and Webflow have sections to
