Wichita Falls Residential Coordinator $15 hrly Please Note: This position is not remote. Residential Coordinator must be able to reliably commute to Wichita Falls, TX. They must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. They must have at least one year of Caregiving experience. Must be flexible and on call. THRIVE AS A RESIDENTIAL COORDINATOR AT SEVITA. EACH DAY, YOU’LL Be proud of rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve Experience ownership and trust from your leaders to do what’s right for participants Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition * Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in a range of administrative duties including training, scheduling, and oversight. * Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program. * Provide support to individuals receiving services including: assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. * Duties are split between providing direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision. * Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities.
