We are a completely free health benefit provided by KeHE Distributors who
delivers everything you need to conquer pain and recover from injuries. We
tailor treatment plans to each individual, so you can get the expert help you
need from the comfort of your own home.

HOW DO I APPLY?

help us recommend a program for you. Next, you’ll answer a few more questions
specific to the program selected for you to ensure we’re a good fit. This entire
process only takes about 15 minutes.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Employees and family members on a KeHE Distributors medical plan are eligible.
If you need help with pain or an injury, then you will go through a clinical
questionnaire to make sure our program is the right fit. Our program to stay
healthy and pain free has no clinical requirement, and is open to all 18+
members on the medical plan.

WHO IS MY CARE TEAM?

We will match you with your care team based on your needs. Your care team will
include a personal physical therapist who will help with your care plan, and
conduct virtual physical therapy sessions if needed. Care teams for treatments
that are longer-term also include a health coach, who will help you stick with
the program and make beneficial changes in your daily life. Your coach will be
available via email, text, or over the phone to answer your questions and act as
an unlimited resource!

HOW DO I COMPLETE REMOTE EXERCISE THERAPY?

Our app will guide you in short exercise therapy sessions. Follow along on
screen to see how to do the exercises and stretches. Some treatment plans
include a tablet and wearable sensors that give live feedback on your position
so that you can adjust your body in real-time. The programs are made up of 15
minute sessions that you work through 3 times per week, are tailored to your
abilities, pain, or injury, and adapt as you continue to improve.

WHAT KIND OF RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?

On average, our participants reduce their pain by over 60%, and they are less
interested in surgery as a treatment option.

Our study of over 10,000 participants over 3 years showed that each participant
had an average pain reduction of 69%, reduced depression and anxiety 58%,
increased productivity 61% and decreased surgery likelihood 67%. The study is
published in JMIR.

WHAT IS THE SCIENCE BEHIND THE PROGRAM?

Virtually all major medical bodies, including the CDC and American Orthopedic
Association, recommend exhausting non-surgical treatments for chronic pain
before considering surgery, as many studies have shown that these can
dramatically reduce pain. Our program packages these treatments together, and
our results often surpass previous studies.

Hinge Health's 3-year study included over 10,000 participants. The study is
published in JMIR. The study demonstrates that each Hinge Health remote exercise
therapy and coaching session has a direct correlation to pain reduction. Each
participant had an average pain reduction of 69%, reduced depression and anxiety
58%, increased productivity 61% and decreased surgery likelihood 67%.
