SIP, SYNC, AND SOCIALIZE - CONNECTING THE DOTS IN INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION

COME EARLY TO THE ITS CAROLINA’S ANNUAL MEETING IN CHARLESTON, SC AND MEET WITH
SEVERAL PUBLIC AGENCY DEPARTMENT HEADS AND LEADERS IN A RELAXED SOCIAL SETTING.
WE WILL BE AT THREE DIFFERENT BARS IN DOWNTOWN CHARLESTON WITH FOOD AND DRINKS. 
IN TYPICAL ITSC FASHION, WE’VE MADE A GAME OF IT. IN RULES THAT SEEM TO RIVAL
THOSE OF BAMBOOZLE OR MAO, THERE WILL BE CHANCES TO WIN PRIZES, TELL JOKES, AND
GENERALLY JUST YUK IT UP WITH DECISION MAKERS, IMPORTANT PEOPLE, AND MATT
CARLISLE.  RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE PUBLICIZED LATER BUT THE IMPORTANT
POINT HERE IS TO MAKE PLANS TO GET TO CHARLESTON ON MONDAY MARCH 11 BEFORE 6:00
PM SO THAT YOU CAN BE A PART OF IT. IF YOU WANT TO SPONSOR THE FOOD AT ONE OF
THE BARS, SELECT THE MONDAY NIGHT SOCIAL SPONSOR OPTION DURING YOUR
REGISTRATION.

Join us for ITS Carolinas' first ever Operations Field Day!

Participate in fun, outdoor activities that let you experience traffic
operations from the perspective of field responders. You will have the
opportunity to activate a changeable message sign, deploy traffic control
devices, engage with first responders, and more.  Field Day will take place on
the Terrace (weather permitting) on Tuesday March 12 from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. 

Experience ITS Carolinas’ Virtual TMC!

Our Virtual TMC will support incident management activities in North Carolina
and South Carolina. Come by and visit our exhibit and meet the dedicated traffic
management specialists supporting the Carolinas. We will also host several TMC
Chats, where we will share information regarding the services provided in the
TMC and initiatives that will have an impact on operations.  The Virtual TMC
will be located in the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday March 12 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Calling all Young Professionals, come enjoy breakfast and hear from
professionals providing advice and industry experience!

Young Professionals are encouraged to join the Coffee Connections session
starting at 7:30 AM on Wednesday, March 13.
