FLOW FROM APPLICATION ~ SHOOTING ~ PRIVILEGES

STEP 01

ONLINE APPLICATION

Please apply through the online form.
We will notify you if you are selected as one of the quarter-finalists.
Please note that in order to qualify, you need to confirm your purchase of one
of the two sets (normal set or limited special set).


Normal Set ($290[Basic Entry Fee]):

(1) 5 digital photos (downloadable from a gallery)

(2) Being featured on the website of RUNWAY MAGAZINE

(3) Being eligible for the Grand Prix Selection (the winner will be featured in
the print edition of RUNWAY MAGAZINE, Edition Spring 2025)

 

The Limited Special Set ($580):

The Normal Set plus a printed A3-sized poster



STEP 02

SCHEDULING

We will be in contact with you for the scheduling.
Please organise your own cute outfits, hair and make-up. 


STEP 03

PHOTO SESSION

Our professional photographer will take your photo in the studio within 5min. 


STEP 04

FEATURE ON WEBSITE OF RUNWAY MAGAZINE

Every quarter-finalist will be featured on the website of RUNWAY MAGAZINE.

STEP 05

SEMI-FINALISTS

We will select from the quarter-finalists the semi-finalists and they will be
featured on the official RUNWAY MAGAZINE instagram.

STEP 06

PUBLISHED IN THE PRINT EDITION OF RUNWAY MAGAZINE.

The grand prix winner will be featured in the print edition of Runway Magazine.

Editor-in-Chief, RUNWAY MAGAZINE® Dress Code

Formal clothing in white or beige tones (please coordinate with the color scheme
of GUCCI)
and refrain from wearing clothes, shoes and accessories with characters of other
brand logos.
All clothing, make-up and hair arrangements are to be brought and done by the
applicants,
prepare them ahead of your photo session.

HIDEYUKI TACHI

I started living in New York in 1985 and until 1990, I was in charge of planning
and development for Japanese restaurants, opening about 10 establishments.
Afterward, I became a freelancer and have been working in photography, design,
and planning. I have been photographing the New York Fashion Week runways since
1995. List of people I have photographed: Ryuichi Sakamoto, the fifth Kankuro
Nakamura, Chita Rivera, Eikichi Yazawa, Aerosmith, Mansai Nomura, Nicolas Cage,
Sarah Jessica Parker, Michael Moore, Anne Hathaway, and others. My photographs
have been featured in newspapers and magazines, including photo books, gravure,
and special feature pages.
