The traditional hand-made products to keep the best quality.

For Hong Yu Food's represented cuttlefish ball, using 3 kg of Taiwan cuttlefish,
the outer skin, bone plate, and internal organs are manually peeled off, and
make it slightly glutinous and pleasantly chewy when minced. Additionally, Hong
Yu grinds the cuttlefish mince with a stone mill, the taste is more solid and
delicate. Some cuttlefishes are too small or stale, they cannot be formed after
being minced. Most of the other businesses will mix them with fish paste and
powder to set the shape. Hong Yu  Food always adheres to the traditional way of
pulping with 100% of Taiwanese cuttlefish and sustains the best quality always.

PREMIUM CUTTLEFISH INK BALL

The cuttlefish ink call is made with fresh cuttlefish from Taiwan and natural
cuttlefish ink. There is no food additives added in and the taste of the
cuttlefish ink ball is fresh and sweet.


PREMIUM CUTTLEFISH PASTE W FISH ROE

Premium Cuttlefish Paste w Fish Roe is made with fresh cuttlefish from Taiwan
and really fresh fish roe. It has tones of fish roe which makes the pastes tasty
and sweet.




CUTTLEFISH FRIED STEAK

The star products that regular customers must buy are made of hand-peeled
cuttlefish, which are pounded into paste and wrapped with crisp bread powder by
hand. All the customers are full of praise for it after eating, and the taste is
unforgettable. It is a Taiwanese cuisine that can be served after pan frying,
air frying, or deep frying.


CUTTLEFISH FRIED DOUGH STICKS

Crispy fried dough sticks are embedded in the famous tiger-spot cuttlefish
