FRONT DOOR KIT ONLY INCLUDES ONE TREE; NOT LIKE THE PHOTO

I have been very pleased with all my Balsam Hill purchases and impressed with
the quality. I ordered the Front Door Kit, and I'm also very pleased with the
quality of the foliage. It's top notch! However, the Front Door Kit does NOT
include two potted trees as represented in the photo; only one. After reading
the description more carefully and contacting customer service, I see that this
was stated (tree vs. trees) in the description, but I definitely missed that as
I viewed the photo and only glanced at the description not catching there was no
"s" on tree. Usually Balsam Hill is really great at representing what you're
actually getting in their individual photos when you select a product, but they
missed the mark on this one. Just know if you purchase the Front Door Kit you
will need to buy an additional potted tree for your porch to look like the Front
Door Kit photo! Balsam Hill was very quick to respond to my emails; I just hope
they post a photo that more accurately represents the Front Door Kit.

LIGHTS DON'T WORK

Purchase this garland on clearance last year so did not open it up and use until
now. Had to order D batteries only to put them in and it not even light up. Even
on clearance, it was expensive and extremely disappointed. Was thinking of
getting a tree but if this is the quality I get, I'll pass.

LED LIGHTS ARE BRIGHT WHITE

Beautiful wreath, we bought the 48" for our exterior balcony. This was a plug in
LED light system but clearly indicated in the description that it'll be warm
lights, nope! They are bright white lights. Which don't match any other of our
outdoor lights. We kept it anyways since otherwise the wreath is gorgeous but
I'm kinda regretting it now.

Non-clearance trees are covered by a 3-year limited warranty. Clearance trees
have a 60-day limited warranty. The warranty for all trees covers:

 * Quality of tree frame, foliage, hinges, and stand
 * Repair or replacement of factory-installed lights (excluding burned-out
   bulbs)

Any repair or replacement of defects in those parts are covered by the warranty
within the specified time frame.

Wreaths, Greenery & Décor

Products other than trees are covered by our 30-day premium guarantee. Please
inspect your product upon delivery and notify us within 30 days if there is any
damage or defects. Our team is ready to provide a quick resolution.

Greenery (Fresh, Dried, and Preserved) and Food

Because of their perishable nature, food items and fresh/dried/preserved

Warranty

Artificial Christmas Trees

Non-clearance trees are covered by a 3-year limited warranty. Clearance trees
have a 60-day limited warranty. The warranty for all trees covers:

 * Quality of tree frame, foliage, hinges, and stand
 * Repair or replacement of factory-installed lights (excluding burned-out
   bulbs)

Any repair or replacement of defects in those parts are covered by the warranty
within the specified time frame.

Wreaths, Greenery & Décor

Products other than trees are covered by our 30-day premium guarantee. Please
inspect your product upon delivery and notify us within 30 days if there is any
damage or defects. Our team is ready to provide a quick resolution.

Greenery (Fresh, Dried, and Preserved) and Food

Because of their perishable nature, food items and fresh/dried/preserved
greenery are not guaranteed. Check your order within 3 days of receiving it and
notify us of any damage.
