The material covers the history of AI, ethical considerations, and practical tools, such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Copilot. It includes industry-specific applications, analytical concepts that help better understand customers and business clients, retention strategies, and legal frameworks impacting AI use. It teaches the learner to use SQL, BI Tools, and Python with AI tools. KEY PROGRAM DETAILS 🛠Core technologies that are taught in this module: OpenAI GPT models Google Gemini Microsoft Copilot Perplexity Dall-E and Midjourney SQL with AI Excel/Google Sheets with AI Python with AI Program Suitability Designed for those with no prior or limited background in AI or analytics, this course encompasses all essential knowledge for using AI and core data analytics concepts in various industries. Program Time The estimated time to complete each Sprint is 24 hours of learning time / ~3 weeks. Total program time up to 12 weeks / up to 96 hours of learning time. Critical Insights into AI: Examine the core dangers and downsides of AI, such as hallucinations, and its ethical implications. Learn about the risks of giving AI too much access to your system and understand the vulnerabilities of AI models, including prompt injections. What are guardrails? Prompt Engineering Strategies: Understand the importance of prompt structure in AI interactions and create a framework for evaluating prompts. AI Tools for Advanced Spreadsheets and Visualizations: Explore how to unlock and utilize all features of Excel and Google Sheets with the help of AI. Project: Exploring, cleaning up and working on a spreadsheet using AI. SPRINT 2: MASTERING AI FOR EFFECTIVE BUSINESS COMMUNICATION AI Image Generation: Learn how to use AI tools such as DALL-E and Midjourney. AI Database Assistant: Work with databases and learn the core concepts of SQL. With AI's help, you can perform tasks such as retrieving specific data and filtering it according to your needs. Communication with AI: With AI's help, improve your emails and written communication overall. How not to sound like an AI, even when using AI. AI for Business: Discover how to use AI for brainstorming business ideas, understand the importance of outcome and value presentation, and enhance professional business communication with AI. Project: Exploring a dataset with AI and presenting the insights to stakeholders. SPRINT 3: AI FOR ANALYTICAL INSIGHTS Unlocking Customer Secrets with AI: Learn about cohorts and customer segmentation to better understand and target your audience. Data Analysis and AI Part 1: Learn effective methods and strategies for conducting A/B testing to optimize your processes and outcomes. Data Analysis and AI Part 2: Learn effective methods and strategies for calculating Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and analyzing funnels to optimize your processes and outcomes. Project: Dataset analysis and reporting.
