THE PRODUCTION BEAR




CHRIS TINDALL

Welcome to The Production Bear Ltd. We provide Production Management and other
technical services to the theatre and events industry. Based in the North East
of England we work on projects all round the country. Please get in touch if you
need production management, lighting, sound or scenery support. The company is
run by Chris Tindall who is an experienced technical all rounder with nearly 20
years in the industry.

I have a large amount of experience across many different types of show, in many
different technical roles, some of this is listed below




EDUCATION

I have previously worked as full time Technical Manager at Forest School
(London), Technical Advisor for Open Drama, Freelance Technician at Kingston
Grammar School and Surrey University


DANCE

Freelance Production Manager for balletLORENT, SouthPaw Dance, freelance
technician at Sadler’s Wells and Freelance Technician for several dance schools


VENUE WORK

I have worked in several venues on multiple scales, including Yvonne Arnaud
Theatre Guildford, Richmond Theatre, Kingston Rose, Theatre Royal Newcastle,
Jackson’s Lane, Norden Farm, Pleasance (Edinburgh) and Upstairs at The Gatehouse




SITE SPECIFIC

Garsington Opera, Chichester Festival Theatre’s Theatre On The Fly and Guildford
Shakespeare Company


OPERA

Touring with Welsh National Opera in lighting department, Garsington Opera as
stage crew, British Youth Opera previously as Head of Stage and now as
Production Manager


PANTOMIME

Currently working as a Freelance Production Manager for Evolution Pantomimes,
previously having worked extensively (nine panto seasons) in sound, both as no1
and no2
