DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Benefits Specialist to join our fast paced, growing team.
At the Catalano Agency, a subsidiary of Globe Life, we work with over 40,000
different labor union, credit unions, and associations, providing them with
permanent life benefits to help protect themselves and their families. Working
with these niche market groups, we have individuals to work with and therefore
have no need for cold calling, prospecting, or selling to family and friends.

and provide our agents and staff with an energetic work environment that helps
individuals achieve all life has to offer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 * Develop customer success metrics and execute account strategies

 * Build trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

 * Schedule and attend virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms

 * Monitor, identify and mitigate account-level risks and up-sell opportunities,
   align product and customer roadmaps, and deliver customer renewals

 * Present different benefits programs to families, enroll new clients, and open
   new accounts.

 * Oversee and prioritize each customer in your portfolio


QUALIFICATIONS:

 * Must have a passion for helping others

 * Ability to work afternoons/evenings

 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 * Self-motivated team player, proficient in multi-tasking

 * Proficient with computers and Zoom

 * Ability to form and grow solid relationships with your client accounts

 * Ability to pass a background check
