WHAT IS TOKSI

Toksi, the tokenized cab app, has clear, parallel goals of building a constantly
growing community and enabling TOI Tokens to be staked through a corresponding
loyalty points system. The system enables rewards to be earned for every ride
taken all over the world. To participate in the loyalty points system, TOI
Tokens must be locked into the staking pool for at least one month. To ensure
maximum security of the community's investments, transactions are secured with a
smart contract on Binance's established blockchain. Toksi places a very high
value on giving back while doing something good for the planet. For this reason,
10% of the monthly profit goes to charities and environmental projects.

Going forward, Toksi will include additional passenger transportation business
models and services in its application.

We want to involve our community in decision-making and planning, which is why
we will have voting within the Toksi community in which all participants of the
staking pool can take part.

Future steps and strategies can be planned and initiated with the participation
of the community.
