Best nachos ever
Needed a place to kill a couple hours between hockey games. Huge array of tvs
allowed us to binge on Olympic and All star hockey at once. Jessica was amazing
and brought a plate of nachos piled high - not just with toppings - but...they
take the time to ensure the cheese, olives, jalapeños, tomatoes and onions went
all the way down Not a boring bite in the stack. Enough food piled there to fill
me and my teen soon after a hockey game. Pro tip- you can order more nacho chips
for a modest upgrade and it makes it a meal! My only regret is not having come
sooner. We will be back.More

Great food
The food was good and service as well. Great for wings and a cold beer large tvs
with all the sports games on.

Ok food inappropriate service
Came up for a hockey game and me and my buddies stopped in here for some apps.
Food was good but the waitor Vanessa or Victoria (I cant remember what) was very
friendly, but too friendly if you catch my drift. We watched her
act...provocatively to other patrons. I suppose thats how this women makes extra
money... Will not return as this is not an appropriate establishment. If we
wanted this atmosphere we would have gone to a gentlemans club or hootersMore

Customer Service
Servers at the Grove St location are very friendly and do a good job. In the
middle of our wings after hockey I placed and order of haddock and chips to go.
The server was busy and realized about 15 minutes later she had not...placed the
order with the kitchen. They put a rush on the food and also did not charge
anything due to the delay. Customer service is excellent!More

Okay Food, Bad Service
4 of us went for dinner on the patio on a Saturday night, luckily not too busy.
Food was okay (with issues below) but the service was extremely poor. Server
didn’t have any food suggestions or much knowledge of the drinks . Many beers
on...the beer list were not actually on tap. Drinks ordered were brought out
incorrectly. Server seemed extremely uninterested. Pickle fries were good.
Mozzarella sticks were horrible, cold, uncooked Chicken wings were very good
Chicken fingers were over cooked and dry Onion rings were good Taffy pudding
dessert was very good Drinks were reasonably priced (pint of premium beer for
$6.50)More

Grove location
The nachos are a disgrace. Ill-prepared, soggy, tasteless. Wings are nothing to
write home about. Value is deplorable. Overall poor dining experience. Service
staff are friendly and efficient, though.

Over priced
I swore I would never come on to any of these sites and write a review because I
felt that for the most part people didn’t know anything about food however this
has to do about pricing. I recently visited Wickies pub on grove street...and
ordered a large fry with 2 side honey garlic (2 oz) And 3 side tomicide sauce
and was shocked to that my bill was over $17 dollar. So I decided to look at
their menu and honestly their prices are crazy. I get it that this virus has
driven prices up but as you can see in the pictures $7 for 3 side sauces is
ridiculous and the fries were most like 2 large potatoes that most likely cost
them about $1.50 if that. Food cost for restaurant should be 20-25% to make a
profit so you shouldn’t gauge your NEW costumers to bring it any lower. Anyways
I hope they lower their prices.More

Absolutely terrible!!!
Went for dinner on June 18th around 5:45 pm was seated promptly and ordered
drinks. Drinks took about 10 min ordered dinner a burger and my friend a
shepherds pie. They weren’t that busy. Maybe 75% full. Took 40 minutes for
dinner to come. I...ordered a Caesar which came in a very small glass lots of
ice and very little Clamato juice 4 sips and I was done they kept asking if I
wanted an other drink which I said no too. When dinner came we did order another
drink. My burger was so well done it was rock hard and black on the bottom it
was disgusting the shepherds pies had a paper then layer if mashed potatoes and
the meat was grey. They never charged us for the meals. We paid for the drinks
and left. Never going back.More

Very disappointing
First we have been here before COVID so we know the food. Focaccia bread was not
flat bread. It was a tall loaf with a sprinkle of cheese and bacon on the very
top but nothing inside. You pull it apart and dry inside. You...need to drink
while eating it to be able to swallow. I had Purist burger and fries( a
favourite). A nice juicy tasty burger with great fries just not this time. The
burger had all the juice cooked out of it and charred. Only could taste the
char, no other taste. Had to ask for relish and mustard even though I ask for
everything with no tomato. Didn’t help. Only had half and my fries were cool and
not tasty. Disappointed totally. My hubby had shepherd’s pie. One question
“Where’s the beef?. His salad dressing looked like oil and vinegar but no
flavour. Again disappointing. Even the Diet Coke was disgusting so my hubby
ended up with water. The only ray of light was the service. Great servers still.
Supposedly new kitchen staff. Want the old staff back. They did take the bread
off however still not making up for this disappointing meal at a high cost.
Another restaurant off our list to visit again.More

Sports!!
I've gone there to eat, good food and tons of tv's to watch sporting events,
friendly staff as well...their burgers are awesome
