Introducing WebRTC for video visitation.
WebRTC is replacing the flash player technology currently in use. This will
allow the use of an IOS device for both scheduling and conducting video visits.

Regarding automatic cancellations
Effective Tuesday, May 12, 2020, if you are scheduled for a video
visitation meeting with your inmate and do not sign in within the first 5
minutes of the reserved arrival time, the system will automatically cancel the
visit. This change is being implemented by the Illinois DOC and GTL to improve
the quality of the ongoing visits. Thank you for your understanding.
