United States AMLA BOSS Amla boss arrived in a solid cake form even though there were two moisture absorbers in the container. I ran the solid mass in my spice grinder and returned it to the original container in powder form. Unfortunately, it returned to cake form in a short period of time. Today I ran it through the grinder again, this time mixing it with a like amount of baking powder, hoping it will not cake up again. By the way it gummed up my grinder. I love amla's benefits, but it is difficult to use in the current form. May I suggest adding an anticaking ingredient or offering it as a supplement for ease of use? I reached out 3 times, even sent a photo, to customer service with NO response. Each time the automated message said they would respond to my message shortly by email. I received an unusable container of AmlaBoss. It was SOLID and the little spoon fixed in the lump. I’m glad it was a small test order to this company and I won’t be ordering again or recommending it.
