How do I manage my DocuSign email notifications?
DocuSign eSignature

DocuSign provides email notifications to senders and recipients for many
different reasons. By default, all notifications are turned on automatically.
 


STEPS

To manage notifications:

 1. Log into your DocuSign Account.
 2. Select your user icon in the top-right corner and select My Preferences

       
 2. Beneath SIGNING AND SENDING select Notifications.

       
 3. When the list of notifications appears, you'll notice all are turned on by
    default. Check the box for any notification that you do not want to receive
    and select SAVE.

       

Your notification preferences are updated and changes will be applied to all
future envelopes.
