WHAT TYPES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES BOMBBOMB COLLECT?

Through your use of the Website or Services, we may collect personal information
that identifies you as an individual or relates to you as an identifiable
individual. While we do not require you to provide personal information in order
to navigate the Website, we may need to collect personal information if you
choose to engage in certain activities on our Website or use our Services. Below
are the types of personal information that we collect.

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

We may collect the following information directly from you:

 * Account Information and Subscriber Information. In order to use the Services,
   you would need to provide two types of information: your personal account
   information (the “Account Information”) and the information of subscribers
   who are on your lists (the “Subscriber Information”). Account Information
   includes contact information, such as your name, e-mail address, physical
   address, telephone number, and fax number; billing information, such as your
   credit or debit card information; and information about your organization.
   Subscriber Information includes the names and e-mail addresses of the
   individuals whom you contact.
   We need this information in order to provide you with the Services. If you do
   not provide this information we would not be able to provide these Services
   to you.
 * Social Media Accounts, Photograph. If you wish, you may upload a photograph
   of yourself to your account and provide your social media account handles.
 * Purchase of Services. Services purchased from BombBomb via credit card are
   processed through Chargify. The card number is passed securely to Chargify
   and a token is received in return. At no time is your credit card number
   stored by BombBomb.
 * Contacting us, Interacting with the blog. If you provide us contact
   information to learn more about our Services or choose to send us a message
   with information about yourself, or interact with the blog by posting a
   comment or sharing a post, we will maintain records of your correspondence.
   This may include any of your questions, comments, posts, or suggestions or
   your responses to any surveys you complete. This information, without the
   parts that identify you, will be treated as non-confidential and
   non-proprietary and we may use them and share them with third parties. Also,
   please note that comments made to public areas will be visible to the public,
   so you should never share personal information that you would like to keep
   private.
 * Applying for a Job. If you apply for a job on our website you provide us with
   contact information as well as your resume.
 * Interacting with the Blog. If you choose to interact with our blog by posting
   a comment or sharing a post, we may collect the information that you post.

INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES

We may collect information about you from other Users. For example, if you
subscribe to emails from a BombBomb User, that User may provide us with your
contact information.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

We or our third party providers automatically collect the following information
through your use of the Website and Services:

 * Usage Information. This includes which of the pages on the Website you
   access, the frequency of access, and what you click on while on our Website.
   We also collect information about your use of the Services, such as frequency
   of use.
 * Location Information. We collect information about your actual location which
   may be determined from GPS and other sensors that may reveal information on
   nearby devices, Wi-Fi access points, and cell towers.
 * Device Information. We collect information about the device you are using,
   such as hardware model, operating system, application version number,
   browser, and IP addresses. When you access our Website via a browser on your
   mobile device, we collect mobile network information including telephone
   number, the unique device identifier assigned to that device, mobile carrier,
   operating system, and other device attributes.

BombBomb or our third party provider place and store Internet cookies on a
User’s hard drive. Cookies can save any of the types of information noted above.
Cookies enable us to personalize the viewing experience of a User of this
Website. When a User revisits this Website, BombBomb can recognize the User by
the cookie and customize the User’s experience at this Website accordingly.

GOOGLE

We use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect some information we listed
above about your use of the Services. We use the information we get from Google
Analytics to improve the Services. In order to collect this information, Google

are already there. Google Analytics may also receive information about you from
apps you have downloaded, that partner with Google. We do not combine the
information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally
identifiable information. Google’s ability to use and share information
collected by Google Analytics about your visits to the Services to another
application which partners with Google is restricted by the Google Analytics

We also use Google API. Our use and transfer to any other app of information
received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy.

ADROLL

In addition to the use of cookies, BombBomb may use a third party provider such
as “AdRoll” for behavioral advertising or retargeting. This service is compliant
with GDPR and can anonymize EU IP Addresses.

DOES THE WEBSITE RESPOND TO “DO NOT TRACK” SIGNALS?

There is currently no industry agreed-upon response to a Do Not Track signal. At
this time, our Website does not respond differently based on a user’s Do Not
Track signal.


HOW BOMBBOMB USES PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use the information we collect about you to provide the Services, to
communicate with you, to provide technical support, and to improve our Services
and customer relations. We do not share your information with third parties for
purposes other than those outlined below.
We process your information for the following purposes as necessary to provide
the Services to you and perform our contract with you:

 * Provide Services: We use your personal information to provide you with the
   Services.
 * Communicate and Provide Technical Support: We use personal information to
   communicate with you about the Website or Services, to send you account
   updates or other communications regarding your account or to inform you of
   any changes to our Website or Services, and to provide you support or other
   services you request. For example, we may need your information to provide
   technical support or answer questions about our Website.
 * Process Your Job Application: We use personal information to evaluate
   candidates who have applied for a position with us.

   that we collect to diagnose any problems with our Website and to improve the
   user experience.

   and benchmarking. For example, to calculate the percentage of users in a
   particular ZIP code.


HOW BOMBBOMB SHARES PERSONAL INFORMATION

   maintenance, backup, analysis, etc.). Any such third parties will be under an
   obligation to us to maintain the confidentiality of your personal
   information.

 * To the extent that we are required to do so by law or governmental authority
   or in connection with any pending or prospective legal proceedings;
 * To establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights, including providing

YOUR CHOICES WITH RESPECT TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have the following choices with respect to your personal information:

 * Delete your account: You may request that we delete your account by
   contacting us at forgetme@bombbomb.com. If you choose to delete your account,
   we will begin the process of deleting your account from our systems. We will
   retain your information after your account is deleted under the circumstances
   described in “How Long Do We Keep Your Information?” section below.
 * Emails: You can opt out of receiving promotional e-mails from us by clicking
   the “unsubscribe” link provided in each e-mail or by contacting us at
   support@bombbomb.com. We will continue to send you notifications necessary
   for the Services related to this e-mail address.


CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a California user, you have certain rights with respect to the
collection, use, transfer, and processing of your “personal information,” as
defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). We reserve the right to
limit these rights where permitted under applicable law, including where your
identity cannot be reasonably verified or to the extent your rights adversely
affect the rights and freedoms of others. To exercise any of the rights below,
please contact us via the contact information below. Only you or a person
registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on
your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal
information.

In the previous 12 months, BombBomb has collected the following categories of

grades, transcripts, class lists, student schedules, student identification

Inferences Drawn of the Consumer Inferences drawn from personal information
identified above to create a profile about a consumer reflecting a consumer’s
preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior,
attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes. YES

The above examples are illustrative examples from the CCPA and do not reflect
the specific pieces of information we collect.

SOURCES FROM WHICH PERSONAL INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

We collect your personal information in categories A (identifiers) and B
(personal) directly from you. We collect the personal information in category D
(commercial) by keeping a log of your transactions. We collect the personal
information in categories F (internet and other electronic network activity), G
(geolocation), and K (inferences) based on your interactions with our website
and mobile apps.
When acting as a service provider, BombBomb receives or has access to personal
information collected by the business. BombBomb uses that personal information
solely to provide the services to the business.

BUSINESS OR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES FOR WHICH PERSONAL INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

Your personal information is used for the following purposes:

 * Respond to your requests for Services;
 * Send you transactional or administrative communications, as well as certain
   service-related announcements;
 * Provide you with customer support and respond to your communications;
 * Process your job application if you have applied for a position;
 * Personalize your experience on our website or mobile apps;
 * Send you information relating to other programs, services, or products that
   we believe may be of interest to you; and/or
 * Run website analytics to evaluate performance.

When acting as a service provider, BombBomb uses the personal information it
receives or has access to solely to provide the services to the business.

THIRD PARTIES WITH WHOM PERSONAL INFORMATION IS SHARED

BombBomb shares your personal information within our corporate family, with
analytics and service providers, and law enforcement (if necessary).
In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed the following personal information
about consumers for business purposes:

 * We share personal Information in categories Identifiers, Personal,
   Commercial, Internet, Geolocation and Inferences with service providers.
 * We share content posted on our social media platforms with other consumers
   (e.g., through a retweet or by sharing a consumer “comment” on a story). Such
   posts may include personal information in categories A (identifiers) and B
   (personal), but the content depends on the individual post.
 * We allow certain companies to use personal information in categories F
   (Internet) and K (Preferences) to enhance online experiences and customize
   advertising. For more information, please see the “Information We Collect
   Automatically” section above.

In the preceding 12 months, we have not sold Personal Information about minors.
In the preceding 12 months, we have not sold Personal Information about
consumers.

INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS

Right to Know About Personal Information Collected, Disclosed, or Sold: You have
the right to request that BombBomb disclose the personal information it
collects, uses, and discloses about you to third parties. There are two types of
Rights to Know requests that you can make:

 * Right to Know (Abbreviated Request): If you make a Right to Know (Abbreviated
   Request), you will receive the following information about you:
    * Categories of personal information collected;
    * Categories of sources from which personal information is collected;
    * Business purpose for collecting or selling; and
    * Categories of third parties with whom sold.

 * Right to Know (Specific Pieces of Information Request): If you make a Right
   to Know (Specific Pieces of Information Request), you will receive the
   following information about you:
    * Specific pieces of personal information collected about you.

This information will be provided to you free of charge, unless BombBomb
determines that your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. You may
request this information twice in a 12-month period.
There are certain exceptions to a consumer’s Right to Know. BombBomb will state
in its response if an exception applies.

Right of Deletion:You have the right to request that BombBomb and our service
providers delete any personal information about yourself which BombBomb has
collected from you upon receipt of a verifiable request. This right is subject
to certain exceptions. BombBomb will state in its response if an exception
applies.

Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information (if applicable):You have
the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information by a business
subject to certain laws and regulations.
BombBomb does not, and will not, sell any personal information of California
consumers. BombBomb will update this Privacy Policy and comply with applicable
laws and regulations in the event that it sells personal information of
California consumers in the future.

Right to Non-Discrimination:You have the right not to receive discriminatory
treatment for exercising the privacy rights conferred by California law.
BombBomb will not discriminate against you because you exercised any of your
privacy rights, including, but not limited to, by: denying goods or services to
you; charging different prices or rates for goods or services, including through
the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties; providing a
different level of quality of goods or services to you; or suggesting that you
will receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different
level or quality of goods or services.

SUBMITTING REQUESTS

You can submit your request by calling us at 866-209-4602. You may also submit a
request via email at forgetme@bombbomb.com. Please note that you are required to
submit a declaration as a part of this request. This declaration can be found

VERIFYING REQUESTS

BombBomb must verify that the person requesting information or deletion is the
California consumer about whom the request relates in order to process the
request. To verify a California consumer’s identity, we may request up to three
pieces of personal information about you when you make a request to compare
against our records. We also request that you sign a declaration under the
penalty of perjury from the consumer whose personal information is the subject
of the request.
Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account
with us. We will only use personal information provided in your request to
verify your identity and will delete any information you provide after
processing the request. BombBomb reserves the right to take additional steps as
necessary to verify the identity of California consumers where we have reason to
believe a request is fraudulent.

AUTHORIZED AGENTS

You may choose a person or a business registered with the California Secretary
of State that you authorize to act on your behalf to submit your requests
(“Authorized Agent”). If you choose to use an Authorized Agent, BombBomb
requires that you provide the Authorized Agent with written permission to allow
them to submit your request and that you verify your identity directly with
BombBomb. Failure to do so may result in BombBomb denying your request.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND YOUR RIGHTS – EUROPE ONLY

If you are an individual in a country in the European Union, you have the right
to make requests to:

 * Access the personal information we keep about you;
 * Rectify inaccurate personal information;
 * Place restrictions on our use of your personal information;
 * Object to our use of your personal information;
 * Ask us to delete the personal information about you we hold;
 * Have your personal information transferred to you or another party of your
   choosing; and
 * Make a complaint to the relevant supervising authority

ASKING US TO ACCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have the right to obtain from us confirmation as to whether or not we are
processing personal information about you and, if so, the right to be provided
with the information contained in this Notice. You also have the right to
receive a copy of the personal information undergoing processing.

ASKING US TO RECTIFY YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have the right to ask us to rectify any inaccurate personal information
about you and to have incomplete personal data completed.

ASKING US TO RESTRICT OUR USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have the right to ask us to place a restriction on our use of your personal
information if one of the following applies to you:

 * You contest the accuracy of the information that we hold about you, while we
   verify its accuracy;
 * We have used your information unlawfully, but you request us to restrict its
   use instead of erasing it;
 * We no longer need the information for the purpose for which we collected it,
   but you need it to deal with a legal claim; or
 * You have objected to us using your information, while we check whether our
   legitimate grounds override your right to object.

OBJECTING TO OUR USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have the right to object to our use of your personal information where our
reason for using it is based on our legitimate interests or your consent (rather
than when the reason for using it is to perform an obligation due to you under a
contract with us).

ASKING US TO DELETE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You can ask us to delete your personal information if:

 * We no longer need it for the purposes for which we collected it;
 * We have been using it with no valid legal basis;
 * We are obligated to erase it to comply with a legal obligation to which we
   are subject;
 * We need your consent to use the information and you withdraw consent;
 * You object to us processing your personal information where our legal basis
   for doing so is our legitimate interests and there are no overriding
   legitimate grounds for the processing.

However, this right is not absolute. Even if you make a request for deletion, we
may need to retain certain information for legal or administrative purposes,
such as record keeping, maintenance of opt-out requirements, defending or making
legal claims, or detecting fraudulent activities. We will retain information in
accordance with the “How Do We Keep Your Personal Information?” section below.If
you do exercise a valid right to have your personal information deleted, please
keep in mind that deletion by third parties to whom the information has been
provided might not be immediate and that the deleted information may persist in
backup copies for a reasonable period (but will not be available to others).

THE RIGHT TO TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER

You may request that we transfer some of the personal information you have
provided to you or another service provider in electronic copy. This applies to
personal information we are processing to service a contract with you and to
personal information we are processing based on your consent.

MAKING A COMPLAINT

If you have any concerns or complaints regarding our processing of your personal
