individual. While we do not require you to provide personal information in order
to navigate the Website, we may need to collect personal information if you
choose to engage in certain activities on our Website or use our Services. Below
are the types of personal information that we collect.

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

We may collect the following information directly from you:

 * Account Information and Subscriber Information. In order to use the Services,
   you would need to provide two types of information: your personal account
   information (the “Account Information”) and the information of subscribers
   who are on your lists (the “Subscriber Information”). Account Information
   includes contact information, such as your name, e-mail address, physical
   address, telephone number, and fax number; billing information, such as your
   credit or debit card information; and information about your organization.
   Subscriber Information includes the names and e-mail addresses of the
   individuals whom you contact.
   We need this information in order to provide you with the Services. If you do
   not provide this information we would not be able to provide these Services
   to you.
 * Social Media Accounts, Photograph. If you wish, you may upload a photograph
   of yourself to your account and provide your social media account handles.
 * Purchase of Services. Services purchased from BombBomb via credit card are
   processed through Chargify. The card number is passed securely to Chargify
   and a token is received in return. At no time is your credit card number
   stored by BombBomb.
 * Contacting us, Interacting with the blog. If you provide us contact
   information to learn more about our Services or choose to send us a message
   with information about yourself, or interact with the blog by posting a
   comment or sharing a post, we will maintain records of your correspondence.
   This may include any of your questions, comments, posts, or suggestions or
   your responses to any surveys you complete. This information, without the
   parts that identify you, will be treated as non-confidential and
   non-proprietary and we may use them and share them with third parties. Also,
   please note that comments made to public areas will be visible to the public,
   so you should never share personal information that you would like to keep
   private.
 * Applying for a Job. If you apply for a job on our website you provide us with
   contact information as well as your resume.
 * Interacting with the Blog. If you choose to interact with our blog by posting

subscribe to emails from a BombBomb User, that User may provide us with your

ADROLL

In addition to the use of cookies, BombBomb may use a third party provider such
as “AdRoll” for behavioral advertising or retargeting. This service is compliant
with GDPR and can anonymize EU IP Addresses.

DOES THE WEBSITE RESPOND TO “DO NOT TRACK” SIGNALS?

There is currently no industry agreed-upon response to a Do Not Track signal. At
this time, our Website does not respond differently based on a user’s Do Not
Track signal.


HOW BOMBBOMB USES PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use the information we collect about you to provide the Services, to
communicate with you, to provide technical support, and to improve our Services
and customer relations. We do not share your information with third parties for
purposes other than those outlined below.

the Services to you and perform our contract with you:

 * Emails: You can opt out of receiving promotional e-mails from us by clicking
   the “unsubscribe” link provided in each e-mail or by contacting us at
   support@bombbomb.com. We will continue to send you notifications necessary
   for the Services related to this e-mail address.


CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a California user, you have certain rights with respect to the
collection, use, transfer, and processing of your “personal information,” as
defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). We reserve the right to

identified above to create a profile about a consumer reflecting a consumer’s
preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior,
attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes. YES

SOURCES FROM WHICH PERSONAL INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

We collect your personal information in categories A (identifiers) and B
(personal) directly from you. We collect the personal information in category D
(commercial) by keeping a log of your transactions. We collect the personal
information in categories F (internet and other electronic network activity), G
(geolocation), and K (inferences) based on your interactions with our website
and mobile apps.
When acting as a service provider, BombBomb receives or has access to personal
information collected by the business. BombBomb uses that personal information
solely to provide the services to the business.

BUSINESS OR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES FOR WHICH PERSONAL INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

Your personal information is used for the following purposes:

BombBomb shares your personal information within our corporate family, with
analytics and service providers, and law enforcement (if necessary).
In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed the following personal information
about consumers for business purposes:

 * We share personal Information in categories Identifiers, Personal,
   Commercial, Internet, Geolocation and Inferences with service providers.
 * We share content posted on our social media platforms with other consumers
   (e.g., through a retweet or by sharing a consumer “comment” on a story). Such
   posts may include personal information in categories A (identifiers) and B
   (personal), but the content depends on the individual post.
 * We allow certain companies to use personal information in categories F
   (Internet) and K (Preferences) to enhance online experiences and customize
   advertising. For more information, please see the “Information We Collect
   Automatically” section above.

In the preceding 12 months, we have not sold Personal Information about minors.

INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS

Right to Know About Personal Information Collected, Disclosed, or Sold: You have
the right to request that BombBomb disclose the personal information it
collects, uses, and discloses about you to third parties. There are two types of
Rights to Know requests that you can make:

 * Right to Know (Abbreviated Request): If you make a Right to Know (Abbreviated
   Request), you will receive the following information about you:
    * Categories of personal information collected;
    * Categories of sources from which personal information is collected;
    * Business purpose for collecting or selling; and
    * Categories of third parties with whom sold.

 * Right to Know (Specific Pieces of Information Request): If you make a Right
   to Know (Specific Pieces of Information Request), you will receive the
   following information about you:
    * Specific pieces of personal information collected about you.

This information will be provided to you free of charge, unless BombBomb
determines that your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. You may
request this information twice in a 12-month period.
There are certain exceptions to a consumer’s Right to Know. BombBomb will state
in its response if an exception applies.

Right of Deletion:You have the right to request that BombBomb and our service
providers delete any personal information about yourself which BombBomb has
collected from you upon receipt of a verifiable request. This right is subject
to certain exceptions. BombBomb will state in its response if an exception
applies.

Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information (if applicable):You have
the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information by a business
subject to certain laws and regulations.
BombBomb does not, and will not, sell any personal information of California
consumers. BombBomb will update this Privacy Policy and comply with applicable
laws and regulations in the event that it sells personal information of
California consumers in the future.

Right to Non-Discrimination:You have the right not to receive discriminatory
treatment for exercising the privacy rights conferred by California law.
BombBomb will not discriminate against you because you exercised any of your
privacy rights, including, but not limited to, by: denying goods or services to
you; charging different prices or rates for goods or services, including through
the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties; providing a
different level of quality of goods or services to you; or suggesting that you
will receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different
level or quality of goods or services.

request via email at forgetme@bombbomb.com. Please note that you are required to
submit a declaration as a part of this request. This declaration can be found

VERIFYING REQUESTS

BombBomb must verify that the person requesting information or deletion is the
California consumer about whom the request relates in order to process the
request. To verify a California consumer’s identity, we may request up to three
pieces of personal information about you when you make a request to compare
against our records. We also request that you sign a declaration under the
penalty of perjury from the consumer whose personal information is the subject
of the request.
Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account
with us. We will only use personal information provided in your request to
verify your identity and will delete any information you provide after
processing the request. BombBomb reserves the right to take additional steps as
necessary to verify the identity of California consumers where we have reason to
believe a request is fraudulent.

AUTHORIZED AGENTS

You may choose a person or a business registered with the California Secretary
of State that you authorize to act on your behalf to submit your requests
(“Authorized Agent”). If you choose to use an Authorized Agent, BombBomb
requires that you provide the Authorized Agent with written permission to allow
them to submit your request and that you verify your identity directly with
BombBomb. Failure to do so may result in BombBomb denying your request.
