Very knowledgeable and kept us informed of everything they were doing. If you have a sump pump please make sure that you have flood insurance!!! We did and they worked with us on the price. We even saved the carpet just replaced the pad. Mike and Ken are Great!! SUSIE MILLER Shambaugh's came to my house for the assessment of water damage and an hour or two later two very nice guys came and set up all their equipment within about 2 hours. Someone came every day to check the progress of drying. They were very polite and thorough during the whole process! Would have them come again if the need arises again! ALEXIS DAVIS They sent a team out immediately after calling to clean up a sewer back up. They took the time to fully explain what needed done and surpassed our expectations. It looks amazing! We will definitely be calling them again should the need arise. RITA BERRA The staff and technicians at Shambaugh were professional, prompt, efficient and pleasingly courteous. Our carpet cleaning resulted in a brighter, fresher looking house which we were very pleased with.
