A drop in group at the DC Rape Crisis Center for all survivors of sexual
violence, no application or prior therapy experience needed. Mindfulness Mondays
is a group that addresses mindfulness, self-care, self-awareness and promotes
connecting with other survivors by engaging in exercises and activities.
Participants are welcomed to come to as many sessions as they like, with
sessions occurring the first and third Monday of each month.
