Heavy Equipment at our Monroe, OH location. Our product line includes: Liebherr,
Link-Belt, Hitachi, Hyundai, etc.  The ideal candidate will have the desire to
learn a valuable skilled trade to become a heavy equipment technician. The
candidate must have a clean driving record, be able to lift 70 pounds, take
direction and work independently.  Candidate must properly load and chain-down
loads for pickup and delivery, power wash machines, check in and check out
machines, and perform preventive maintenance services on machines in yard and in
field.

Territory Sales Manager for Cranberry Twp., PA area.
RECO Equipment, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated Sales Professional for
the Cranberry Twp., PA area. The successful candidate will be expected to manage
accounts, prospect and negotiate potential transactions.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities include developing long-term business
relationships with territory accounts by evaluating and understanding the
customers business and industry.   The Candidate will conduct on-site customer
visits with new and existing customers for the purpose of selling heavy
equipment or accessories, and  evaluate customer’s inventory and give equipment
recommendations based on need.  Candidate will also complete basic equipment
training with customer before and after a transaction.    The Candidate will
work internally with Corporate to maintain a positive customer account status.
Minimum Qualifications  (Any of the below met criteria will qualify)

 * BS/BA with (3) years of sales experience
 * (2) years selling heavy equipment
 * (5) years of outside sales experience

Preferred Qualifications
 * Basic understanding of retail financing
 * Efficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
 * Corporate sales experience
 * Proven history of sales success that includes prospecting and closing
 * A basic understanding of the Industrial , Earth Moving, or Construction
   industry

Rental Prep for Charlotte, NC location.
RECO Equipment, Inc.  is seeking an experienced Rental Prep Technician to work
out of Charlotte, NC location.
POSITION PURPOSE/JOB FUNCTION:
Entry Level position responsible for the preparation of Bobcat compact equipment
for a fast paced rental department. The individual will work under the
supervision of the dealership Rental Department staff.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- inspect machines for rental readiness
- perform minor service on machines when returned from rental
- Steam clean machines
- install and operate attachments on machines for functionality
- arrange machinery in a "rental ready" area and assist drivers with location
- communicate with logistics team to prepare machinery for delivery
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
Preference will be given to candidates with good mechanical and communications
skills and a demonstrated history of work safety. Candidates should be ready to
work in a fast paced environment and be able to respond to customer demands for
rental ready equipment.
Salary based on experience and qualifications.
CDL not required but a bonus

Brighton, MI. This position is responsible for preventative maintenance service
and lube system repairs on heavy construction equipment, and requires heavy
interaction with customers so customer-service skills are a must.
Heavy Equipment Field Lube Technician Requirements:

 * Required to operate and inspect machines / equipment to gain access for
   lubrication and PM services.

Parts Counter Associate for Cranberry Township, PA location.
RECO Equipment, Inc. of Cranberry Twp., PA is seeking an experienced Parts
Counter Associate. The requirements include being responsible for the efficient
handling and control of the parts department through proper receipting,
shipping, record keeping, delivery, and reporting as well as other duties
specified by the parts/service manager. You will be responsible for all aspects
of parts procurement, vendor relations, and customer service for heavy
construction applications. You must be able to read diagrams, and use computer
for parts lookup. You must have good communication and phone skills, ability to
multitask with customer walk-ins and phone calls.   You will receive all
customer and service department ordered parts and components and place in proper
areas and/or ships to the customers per orders specifications. You will monitor
promised delivery schedules are met and any known delays are communicated to
immediate supervisor. Computer and phone skills are required, as well as
professionalism.  You will be responsible for other duties as assigned by
management. You must possess a valid driver’s license and ability to drive
company vehicle as needed, lift parts (10-100 lbs.) regularly, and operation of
forklift is required.  The ability to climb, bend, twist upon and underneath
heavy equipment is required.
