THIS YEAR, WE’RE TURNING 50.

This year we’re celebrating 50 years since the founding of the Norwegian State
Oil Company, Statoil.

Without the decisions made by visionary politicians and the efforts of countless
individuals, businesses, and communities across Norway, we wouldn't be where we
are today.

That’s why we want to say a big “thank you” to all of them. As well as an extra
special “thank you” to everyone who helps keep our wheels turning, day after
day.
