SALESFORCE LEARNING CREDITS AND REDEMPTION GUIDE

This article provides an overview of Salesforce Learning Credits and Salesforce
Virtual Learning Credits Access and how they can be used. 

Salesforce Learning Credits and Salesforce Virtual Learning Credits Access are
flexible payment options for Trailhead Academy education offerings, including
MuleSoft, Slack, and Tableau. Learning Credits can be redeemed for
Instructor-Led classes, private workshops, Trailhead Academy events, bulk
certification exams, and self-paced Tableau eLearning.

   offerings.

   transaction.





LEARNING CREDITS AND VIRTUAL LEARNING CREDITS ACCESS REDEMPTION OPTIONS



 *Learning Credits are only available for purchase in Australia, Canada, France,
Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Singapore, Spain, United Kingdom, and
United States, and may only be utilized for in-person redemption options within
the country of the “ship-to” address set forth on the Order. Example: Learning
Credits purchased in the United States can only be redeemed for in-person
Instructor-Led classes, Trailhead Academy Events, bulk certification exams, and
private workshops delivered in the United States.

**If you are a Signature customer please note public virtual instructor-led
classes are included at no cost. For more details on your Signature discount
please visit this article.





HOW TO PURCHASE LEARNING CREDITS AND VIRTUAL LEARNING CREDITS ACCESS

Learning Credits and Virtual Learning Credits Access can be purchased through
your Trailhead Account Executive (TAE). Submit a case to get connected to your
TAE.

When you or your company purchase Salesforce Learning Credits or Salesforce
Virtual Learning Credits Access, Trailhead Academy will email the purchaser a
Salesforce Learning Credits or Salesforce Virtual Learning Credits Access
redemption code*. This code can then be used to register for Trailhead Academy
products.

*Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the code used to redeem
Salesforce Learning Credits and Salesforce Virtual Learning Credits Access is
provided to and used only by authorized personnel and/or agents of Customer. All
Salesforce Learning Credits and Salesforce Virtual Learning Credits Access are
non-refundable, non-cancelable, and expire within twelve months of the Order
Start Date, whether or not all available credits have been used. Any remaining
balance at the end of twelve months may not be transferred or refunded.





HOW LONG ARE LEARNING CREDITS VALID? 

Learning Credits and Virtual Learning Credits Access expire one year after the
issue date and cannot be extended or redeemed after the expiration date. All
Trailhead Academy offerings must be attended by this date whether or not all
available credits have been used. Any remaining balance may not be transferred,
extended, or refunded after expiration.

Please refer to the official Trailhead Academy Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
for any cancellations or rescheduling related to Learning Credits redeemed on
Trailhead Academy offerings.

 


HOW TO REDEEM LEARNING CREDITS FOR TRAILHEAD ACADEMY TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION

To redeem credits for private workshops, Trailhead Academy Events, bulk
certification exams, and self-paced eLearning, please contact your assigned
Education Advisor (EA).

Please note to redeem Learning Credits on bulk certification exams you'll need
to coordinate with your Education Advisor (EA) to purchase certification voucher
codes. Once obtained, these voucher codes can then be applied when scheduling
your certification exam in Webassessor.

You may utilize your Learning Credits as needed, but please ensure that any
instructor-led classes and certification exams are taken and completed within
your 12-month Learning Credit redemption period.

Register for Public Instructor-led Classes using your Learning Credits:



 1.  Navigate to Trailhead Academy and click Login, using your Trailblazer
     Account ID to log in
     1. If you need help signing in, please review the Trailhead Academy New
        Experience Guide
 2.  Choose your Billing Country or Region, Currency, and Language
 3.  To view and register for classes, hover over the Learn tab
 4.  Here you’ll notice that classes are grouped into collections based on role
     or product. Click on a role or product to see all the classes in that
     specific collection
 5.  Click on the title of a course to view the available class sessions
 6.  Click Register Now, your class will be added to your My Cart page.
 7.  Your Cart will show your newly added classes. Select Apply Promo Code.
     Enter your Learning Credits EDU-code, and click Submit. This code will
     cover 100% of the cost and will zero out the total.
     1. If you are a Signature customer, your Signature discount will
        automatically apply and you do not need to enter your EDU-code to
        proceed.
     2. If you are a Premier customer, your Premier discount will automatically
        apply but please enter your EDU-code in the promo code field to proceed.

 8.  Enter your Attendee details, then check the Review Order box
 9.  Check the Agree to Program Learning Terms box, then click Place Order
 10. Congratulations! Your registration is complete. Review your inbox for your
     confirmation email!

Note: You must be authenticated using your Trailblazer Account ID (TBID) to
apply a promo and only one code can be applied per item in your cart. Submit a
case if you’re unable to apply your promo code.
