WHAT DO I GET AFTER PAYMENT?

After payment, you get a high-quality 1080p HD video that you can proudly share
online or download to cherish forever. And for an additional fee, you have the
option to order a personalized USB or DVD keepsake of your video that will bring
a smile to your face every time you hit play.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

HOW DO I INVITE PEOPLE TO SUBMIT WISHES?

After starting a video, simply share the invite link to a submission page (which
you can customize) so invitees can submit their video messages and photos. You
can share the invite link using your favorite messaging platforms like WhatsApp,
Messenger, SMS text messages, etc. Or, you can use the VidDay Smart Invite tool
to quickly invite and track a large group by email. You can invite as many
people as you'd like — the more, the better.

CAN I ADD MUSIC TO MY VIDEO?

Yes, you can upload your own songs as background music. Or, you can choose songs
from our music library to perfectly complement your video.

CAN I DOWNLOAD MY VIDEO?

Yes, you can download your video and keep it forever as a keepsake. Look for the
download button under your finished video.

HOW LONG CAN A GROUP VIDEO BE?

A video can be no longer than 170 minutes (2.8 hours), but most videos are under
10 minutes. Note: If you have a special request that exceeds 170 minutes, please
reach out to our Customer Care team.

IS MY VIDEO PRIVATE?

Yes, only you (the creator) can see the finished video when logged in to your
VidDay account until you change the privacy setting to make your video viewable
to others. When your video is viewable, people can see and share the video. You
can also share the video privately with the recipient only so they can watch
their video, record a thank you message, and claim their gift card if available.
Note: The cover photo you upload and the invite message are viewable to others
in the invitations you send.

Currently, VidDay supports global reforestation efforts by donating a portion of

in Laos (S.K.L.) to help children in rural Laos who need a good learning
environment. VidDay's donation built new classrooms and gave access to clean
water, electrical, sanitation facilities, and school furniture, including desks,

WHAT’S YOUR CURRENT CHARITABLE INITIATIVE?

We're partnered with One Tree Planted, a 501C3 non-profit based in Vermont.
Local partner organizations and community volunteers plant trees in areas with
deforestation. So far, VidDay has planted over 100,000 trees in four regions,
including the Amazon Rainforest, British Columbia, California, and Australia.
