PERFECT HOTEL FOR MALL ACCESS
We came to town to visit the mall for the first time. We loved having a
place to easily return to during the day and even were able to walk the
mall after hours.

GREAT LOCATION
We loved being connected to the mall and getting our goods back to the room
easily and taking the kids back to the room for short breaks. The hotel was
very noisy and busy, which in part is the mall and airport. I didn't feel
like the staff was overly happy about having younger children with us.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE CHECKING IN, TERRIBLE STAY AND CHECKING OUT.
When we arrived to our room Thursday night, the power was out. The room was
hot. It took a few minutes in the room before the power kicked on for the
AC to start running.
Friday and Saturday night during our sleep, the power cut off again and the
room was again hot. We all woke up sweating, including my 3 year old
toddler. The help desk let us know it was a power outage and showed no
sympathy. (Family staying at surrounding hotels let us know they had power)
The TV would kick us out of Netflix after a few minutes unless we hard
reset credentials.
The floors were dirty and the tiles were grimy.
During checkout, I let the person who checked us out know about these
issues and he showed no sympathy and continued to take our key cards back
and let us on our way. I asked for some kind of compensation for the
terrible stay, but he pushed back and said nobody could have predicted the
power outages. He went to his manager to ask for advice.
What a terrible experience staying at this Marriott.

RELAX AND ENJOY
Everything was great, food, room and the valet service. Valet service
brought the car around and asked what else we were doing that day. We said
just walking around MOA, and they offered to hold the car until we were
done, well after check out time. Great Service!

RELAXING
We arrived and were accommodated with an early check-in. Will, the friendly
valet, was quick to help with a genuine smile.
Every interaction with all staff members was a positive experience.
The room was clean, and I slept so well. Our whole family did - despite
being next to a busy airport. From the 8th floor room, we were able to
watch planes come and go.
Cedar + Stone provided excellent service. A staff member even went so far
to notice our son and brought over some sliced apples and cheese - a
perceptive gesture.
Our dinner was exceptional and included choices for certain dietary
restrictions.
Clean - the cleanliness alone will keep us coming back.
We definitely will stay again and look forward to our next visit.
