Our clinic, flourishing with a legacy over six decades old, was founded by the
esteemed Dr Sid Kiel and Dr Maurice Silbert. Their names echo with respect in
Sea Point, where we proudly uphold their pioneering spirit while forging our
path. Today, we stand as a women-owned and women-led practice. Our methods are
deeply rooted in scientific evidence, but we infuse our practice with our
ethical values and principles.

At My Family GP, judgment, guilt, and shame have no place. We acknowledge our
shared humanity, understanding that nobody is perfect. In our space, we don’t
tolerate or practice body shaming, food shaming, or any other kind of shaming.
We celebrate diversity in our team of queer, trans, neurodivergent,
multi-cultural, multilingual doctors and staff of colour.
