HOW DO THEY WORK?



When you purchase an HTNetwork package independently, not as part of our
QuickHost VPS, you will immediately receive a download link via the email
provided at checkout. Simply locate this email, click the download link, and
download the package. The download will be in the form of a zip file containing
the complete HTNetwork Package, which includes the application, a Base framework
setup folder, and our video guides. Please follow the video guides closely and
avoid deviating from the instructions.



HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SETUP?



Realistically, in the spirit of honesty, if you follow our video guides closely
and have no prior experience, it will take you approximately 15 minutes to fully
set up your modded FiveM Server.



CAN I SHARE THE PACKAGE?



The short answer is no. Allowing people to share their packages with others
would put us out of business, which I'm sure you understand. Our packages and
applications are locked to a license key that can only be used once and is then
tied to a specific IP address, making it impossible to share our packages.



HOW MANY TIMES CAN I DOWNLOAD THE PACKAGE?



Unlimited! Accidentally deleted the package? Don't worry—you can download the
package as many times as you need.



DO YOUR PACKAGES ABIDE BY FIVEM'S NEW TOS?



Yes, they do. While our packages include real vehicles, it is entirely up to you
whether you install them using our application. Each pro package also offers a
lore-friendly civilian and LEO vehicle pack option. Also to answer a common
misconception, de-badging a vehicle does not make it abide by new TOS. It must
be entirely original and lore friendly.



I CAN'T DECIDE WHAT PACKAGE TO GET!?


Well this all depends on the RP Experience you are looking for! If you are
looking for a in-depth economy based RP Server with gangs, jobs, economy,
phones, inventory, homes etc. The QBCore Platinum Pro package will be the one
for you! However if you would rather a more back to the roots RP experience you
may be more familiar with that runs from menus but still with awesome RP
capability then our vMenu Platinum Pro package is the best pick for you! 


MY HTNETWORK INSTALL PACKAGE FOLDER IS EMPTY?


Exactly. That is meant to be. The HTNetwork install package folder is simply a
framework for our packages. By watching the provided video guides in the package
zip, you’ll see this explained clearly. All the mods for the package are then
installed from the cloud using the HTNetwork application.


I FOLLOWED THE VIDEOS BUT NONE OF THE MODS HAVE INSTALLED?


This issue likely occurs because you've attempted to set up the txAdmin recipe
more than once while following the videos. Check your txData folder; you'll
probably find two folders named either cfxdefaultfivem or qbcoreframework. There
should only be one. The application automatically installs mods into the first
folder created, which is why no mods are installed. Delete the cfxdefaultfivem
or qbcoreframework folder that is not being used by the server, then reinstall
the package mods.


I INSTALLED THE QBCORE PACKAGE BUT I HAVE NOTHING ON THE MAP?


This issue is likely due to not closely following the provided video guides when
setting up the server—it's a common mistake. In your txData folder, the expected
folder should be named qbcoreframework followed by some random numbers. If you
see a folder named cfxdefaultfivem instead, it means you didn’t select the
qbcore recipe when setting up the server in txAdmin. As a result, the framework
was not set up or installed. Please set up the server again, following the video
guides carefully, and make sure to select the qbcore recipe as shown.


IT IS STUCK ON CHECKING IF I AM BANNED!


This issue is likely because your XAMPP MySQL and Apache services are not
running. These services must be active for your database to connect properly. If
your database isn't connected, you'll see an error in your server console. To
resolve this, make sure to start both MySQL and Apache in XAMPP, then restart
your server.


STUCK ON LOADING SCREEN!?

STUCK ON BLACK SCREEN AFTER MAKING MY CHARACTER!


No worries. A quick fix for this issue is to go into your server's resources
folder, then navigate to the [QB] directory, and delete the qb-multicharacter
folder. Next, search for "qb-multicharacter" on Google and download the official
standard qbcore multicharacter version from the source. Drag and drop it into
the [QB] folder and restart your server. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, try
doing the same for the qb-inventory folder. This problem may be related to
unusual monitor resolution or cache. After doing this please contact our support
team, and we can provide you with a different version of our mods.


PRODUCT KEY NOT WORKING


Please ensure you are entering the key we provided exactly as given, including
the "-" inbetween some numbers. Double-check that you are distinguishing between
"0" (zero) and "O" (the letter) correctly. If you exceed the allowed number of
failed attempts, you will be blocked, and you will see a message indicating
"unable to contact server." As with all license keys, they cannot be used more
than once to prevent sharing of the application. If you need a new key, please
contact our support team. We will revoke and deactivate your old key and
application and provide you with a new one.


I CANNOT USE ANY COMMANDS



If you have the QBCore Pro package, please ensure you have set yourself as an
admin. Open your `server.cfg` file and find the permissions section under system
admin. Add a line similar to the following: 

add_principal identifier.fivem:1559280 group.admin #YourUsername

Replace the numbers after `identifier.fivem:` with your own cfx.re ID, which you
can find by joining your server, going to your txAdmin dashboard, selecting
"Players," and noting your ID. Also, replace `YourUsername` after the hashtag
with your own username.



CAN I GET A REFUND?



HTNetwork offers refunds, but only under legitimate circumstances. We are aware
that some people may try to get a refund simply because they are finished using
the package and might fabricate issues and excuses. Therefore, we strictly
adhere to our refund policy, which you agree to upon purchase.

Refund requests are thoroughly investigated, and customers must provide
consistent evidence. Refunds will not be issued after 15 days.

DO YOU SELL LEAKED OR STOLEN SCRIPTS AND MODS?


No. Many people mistakenly believe that we offer prebuilt FiveM servers, but
that is incorrect. We sell an application that automatically installs mods for
you. Not all the mods included are created by HTNetwork, and we clearly state
this. However, we are fully within our rights to use them. The mods used in our
auto-installer application are listed online under a GPL license, which allows
us to reuse, distribute, and sell the mods as we see fit. While some of these
mods are available for free online, they do not include our auto-installer and
will not be automatically installed without HTNetwork. Additionally, we make
improvements and modifications to these mods.

HOW TO PORT FORWARD:




WHAT IS PORT FORWARDING?

Port forwarding is the process of allowing traffic from the internet to enter a
specific port on your local network. It's essential for hosting services like
game servers to allow other players to connect to your server.


PREREQUISITES

Before proceeding, you’ll need the following:

 * Access to your router’s login credentials (username and password).
 * IP address of your router.
 * The internal IP address of the machine hosting the FiveM server (this is
   usually your local IP).
 * The specific ports that FiveM requires to be open.

STEP 1: FIND YOUR ROUTER’S IP ADDRESS

You need the IP address of your router to access its settings page.

STEP 1: OPEN WINDOWS FIREWALL

 1. Press the Windows key and type Windows Defender Firewall, then select
    Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security.

For additional connectivity, you may also create a similar Outbound Rule:

 1. Go to Outbound Rules in the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security.
 2. Repeat the steps above to create a new outbound rule, following the same
    process (using Port, then entering 30120, and allowing the connection).


MAKING ADMINS:




STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO ADDING YOURSELF AS ADMIN IN TXADMIN

STEP 1: GET YOUR STEAM HEX ID OR CFX.RE ACCOUNT ID

You need a unique identifier that txAdmin will use to grant admin privileges.
The most common identifiers are your Steam Hex ID or your Cfx.re account ID.

TO GET YOUR STEAM HEX ID:

 1. Go to https://steamid.io/.
 2. Enter your Steam profile URL.
 3. Your Steam Hex ID will be displayed (it starts with steam: followed by a
    string of numbers).

TO GET YOUR CFX.RE ACCOUNT ID:

 1. Go to https://forum.cfx.re/ and log in to your account.
 2. Click on your avatar in the top-right corner and select Preferences.
 3. Your Cfx.re account ID will be listed in the URL of your profile (e.g.,
    https://forum.cfx.re/u/yourusername). You can use this for admin purposes.

STEP 2: ACCESS THE TXADMIN WEB INTERFACE

 1. Start your FiveM server.
 2. Open your web browser and go to https://localhost:40120
 3. Log in to the txAdmin panel. If this is your first time logging in, you’ll
    be prompted to set up an admin account during the initial configuration.
    Follow the on-screen instructions.

STEP 3: ADD YOURSELF AS ADMIN USING YOUR IDENTIFIER

Once you're logged into txAdmin:

 1. Go to the Settings tab in the txAdmin panel.
 2. Select Admin Manager under the Management section.
 3. Click the Add button to add a new admin.
 4. In the Identifier field, enter your Steam Hex ID or Cfx.re account ID. It
    will look like:

STEP 3: ENSURE THE MAP MOD IN THE SERVER CONFIGURATION

 2. Explore the map to see if the new custom map has been loaded. Depending on
    the mod, it might replace existing areas or add new regions.
