What happens if I receive an item that isn't quite right or not what I wanted?

If you receive a damaged item in your order or if a substitute item isn't
suitable, you can: 

 * Contact Olive our digital team member who can process a refund for the item.

 * Speak to one of our team members in store at the customer service desk.
   Please have the product available to scan and details of your purchase
   including payment.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business, days depending on your financial

How can I be refunded?
Purchase refunds are often received via Credit Card, Woolworths Gift Card, or a
Store Credit. Each refund type will depend on the payment method of the item.
 * Credit Card purchases are either refunded back to the same Credit Card that
   made the purchase, or a Woolworths Gift Card is generated for the refund
   amount. 
   
   
 * Store credits are refunded back as a store credit. In some circumstances,
   store credits may be refunded as a Woolworths Gift card for purchases over
   $5.00.

What should I do if I've received a damaged product in my order?
We're sorry to hear that you haven't received a product in it's best condition.
If you have unfortunately received a damaged/spoilt product, please let us know
via this form, and select "Damaged items" or "Product Quality" in the Enquiry
Subject. Our team will then arrange a refund (funds may take 3-5 days to reflect
back into your account).

Alternatively, you can report this issue through our Olive chatbot that is
available on the website or within the mobile app located in the 'More' page.

To track your order, simply log into 'My Account,' and then go to 'My Orders' if
using the website, or if using the app, navigate to the "My Orders" in the
"More" section of the App - then select the order you wish to track.

To change your Pick up or Delivery time, log into 'My Account,' go to 'My
Orders' and select the order you wish to change. Then select 'Edit my Delivery
time' or 'Edit my Pick up time'.

How do I change my order?
To change your order via the Website, log into 'My Account,' go to 'My Orders'
and select the order you wish to change.

To change your order via the App, navigate to the order you wish to change
either by tapping on the active order tile on the main home screen, or by going
to "My Orders" in the "More" section. If your order is still within the
amendable cut off time, the Change My Order button will be active. Tap on Change
My Order to begin making changes to your order.

Can I add products to my order after I've placed it?
To add products to your order after it's been finalised, log into 'My Account,'
go to 'My Orders' and select the order you wish to change. The items from your
original order will be automatically placed in your 'Cart', so you can continue
adding more items. Once you've finished adding to your order, simply proceed to
Checkout.

A heads up: you may lose your original window, as well as any Specials that were
available in your original order. If you'd prefer to keep your original order,
please don't go through 'Checkout' again, and cancel your 'Change my order'
session.
