What do I actually receive after I purchase a license?

You'll receive a unique license code via email that you can use to automatically
upgrade your Google add-on to the premium version.

Can someone else order the license on my behalf?

Absolutely. When you make a purchase, the email address specified in the order
will receive the license key but that key is not tied to the payer's email
address. A colleague can use that key to activate his or her Google account to
premium.

How is support provided and what does it include?

You can raise a ticket while your support period is still valid. Support is
provided for issues with installation, licensing and usage. It does not include
any customization or custom new features.

What constitutes a user in terms of pricing?

A user is defined as one Google Account email address (yourname@domain). Our
add-ons are licensed per user (Google Account) and you can use the license on
any computer as long as you are signed in with the same email address.

What is the domain license?

With a domain license, a maximum of 50 users in your organization or school get
access to premium features. The license is compatible with all editions of
Google Workspace (GSuite) including Basic, Business, Enterprise and GSuite for
Education domains.

Where can I find my license?

After a successful purchase, you get an email from Digital Inspiration with the
receipt and your unique license key. Make sure to also check your Spam folder.
If you still can’t find it, forward your payment receipt to support and we'll
forward you the license key.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, just reply to the license email with the word CANCEL in the subject line
and your subscription would be cancelled. When you cancel a subscription you’ll
still be able to use your subscription for the time you’ve already paid.

Is it easy to change plans later?

It sure is. You can easily upgrade, downgrade or switch from monthly to annual
billing at anytime.

Can I transfer my subscription to another account?

Yes, you can transfer an active subscription to a different Google account once
during the subscription period. The transfer facility is only available for
accounts that under the annual billing cycle.

Who is the developer?

Our Google add-on are developed by Amit Agarwal. He has been awarded the title
of Google Developer Expert and Google Cloud Champion Innovator by Google.
Microsoft awarded him the Most Valuable Professional title for 5 years in a row.

What is your refund policy?

If you’re on a monthly plan, there is no refund and your add-on will switch to
the free tier at the end of your current billing cycle after cancellation. For
annual billing, we can offer a refund if you can provide the proof that our
product doesn’t work or if there is a technical problem and we are unable to
resolve the matter. We offer a fully-functional free version for anyone to test
our products before making a purchase.

Do you have educational or non-profit discounts?

We offer a free plan so that everyone can use our products for limited usage. At
this point we do not have any discounts on paid plans.

How can I request new features?

You may send us your ideas and feature requests to the developer. If enough
people request a specific feature, we may consider including it in future
versions.
