Everything was perfect, from Sahar at the reception to kadek at the spa,

EXCELLENT STAY, AMAZING STAFF, MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE
We had an absolutely exquisite stay at almanara which by far exceeded all
expectations. What made this stay so incredible for all of us was the
staff. Starting from Haneen at reservations, to check in with Nader, the
care of chef Ashraf, housekeeping with Mohammad, pool staff with Muhannad.
Eyad the GM was absolutely everywhere and I’ve never seen a manager so
involved and taking such care of all of his clients and staff. Fabulous job
to all and we will DEFINITELY be back again. Corporate Marriott- give all
of these rockstars a raise please.

2 NIGHT STAY WITH 2 KIDS
The hotel is part of the luxury collection, hence had high expectations.
However, there were a lot of areas that I felt could be improved. The
check-in process took longer than expected. The room was not cleaned
thoroughly, there were crumbs on both floors by the nightstand. The dinner
buffet was extremely limited to a few dishes. The water distribution at the
pool was odd, as it was timed. We were literally at the pool for 5 hours
and not once were we offered complimentary water.

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL, EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
The Al Manara is a beautiful hotel with large, clean, comfortable rooms and
attentive, personalized service. The food is excellent, as are the pool and
beach facilities, with a choice of beaches on the lagoon and Red Sea. The
staff went above and beyond, even helping my family with an emergency
situation. We will not hesitate to stay at the Al Manara again on our next
trip to Aqaba.
