MEET THE MANAGEMENT TEAM PAUL ROACH As the founder of Service Station Compliance Testing & Builders Paul Roach is bringing with him 36 years of experience on all aspect of the fuel industries, starting at 1984 working as a supervisor for Petroleum Systems and Maintenance Incorporated, in 1990 Paul went on running his brother Allen's petroleum company: Advance Petroleum, LLC. Advanced Petroleum built Fuel Station for major corporations such as Arco, Conoco, and Shell, etc. In 2000 Paul moved to Las Vegas and started Service Station Compliance Testing & Builders. Paul is a proud winner of the 2003 Crystal Air Award. Paul is licensed and credited with all major petroleum agencies such as: NDEP, UST Tank Handler, Tank Tester, OSHA, BRA VO, Modern Welding, Xerxes, Containment Solutions. SERGIO MEZA As an operations and Fuel Construction specialist, Sergio oversaw the day to day operations of gas stations buildups, and gas station's fuel maintenance. In the past 15 years, he has managed over 30 Fuel Stations Buildups. Sergio has tested and maintained fuel system for over 500 Gas Stations. Sergio is licensed and credited will all major petroleum agencies such as: NDEP, UST Tank Handler, Tank Tester, OSHA, BRA VO, Modern Welding Xerxes, Containment Solutions.
