We strive to provide exceptional care while respecting the time of both our clients and therapists. If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 48 hours notice. You can contact your therapist directly or call us. Appointments that are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, will be subject to the full session fee. We understand that life can throw curveballs, and we’re willing to review individual cases where the fee might be waived. Do you accept insurance? We do not accept any insurance payments directly or manage insurance payments. Depending upon your insurance carrier and coverage, PPO out-of-network reimbursement for sessions may be available. You would be charged at our usual rate, then your therapist will provide you with a monthly summary of services (“Superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance company. You are responsible for all fees, whether or not insurance reimbursement is available. What are your fees? The standard fee for a 55 minute session is $220. For couples therapy, the option of a 1.5 hour session is available for $330. Can you see us for couples therapy and also see us separately for individual therapy? We would decide on our role for you—either we would be your couples therapist or your individual therapist. Once we have chosen that, we will refer you to another therapist for the other type of therapy. We do not recommend having the same therapist for both individual and couples work.
